Samuel Dalembert played 27 minutes and had 10 points, three rebounds and two blocks in Tuesday's win. Kevin McHale has been messing with his minutes and while tonight's game is nothing to write home about, Dalembert will be better on most nights if the minutes stick.

Samuel Dalembert started on Monday but played just under 20 minutes, scoring nine points on 4-of-4 shooting with six rebounds and no steals or blocks. The missed shootaround has nothing to do with his minute totals, and unfortunately it seems like 20-minute outings should be the expectation from a fantasy perspective, with anything greater being a pleasant surprise. And with Kevin McHale winning for the most part, we don't expect any changes with his approach. Feel free to consider a drop, but owners will have to come to grips with the fact that he could become a solid center down the road.

Samuel Dalembert was shifted to a bench role on Sunday and responded with just four points, five rebounds and two blocks in 18 minutes. Dalembert struggled against Utah's backup center, rookie Enes Kanter, and Kevin McHale had him on a very short leash. If you've been suffering with Sammy for the past few weeks, you might want to wait a few more games to see how this plays out -- the absence of Jordan Hill theoretically opens up more opportunities, though right now Sammy doesn't seem capable of taking advantage.

Samuel Dalembert was moved to the Rockets' bench on Sunday, replaced in the starting lineup by Patrick Patterson. Kevin McHale isn't afraid to yank players he doesn't feel are working hard enough, and it seems Sammy is still in his bad graces. It's unclear if this is a permanent move or just a one-game adjustment, but either way it's a bad sign for Sammy.

Samuel Dalembert showed signs of life on Sunday, scoring five points with seven rebounds, two assists, one steal and three blocks in 21 minutes. Keep in mind that Dalembert still hasn't cracked 21 minutes or scored more than five points in the past five games. He was effective in the first half, and was disrupting the Warriors' halfcourt offense, but Golden State quickly went small and negated Dalembert's strengths. Let's see how Kevin McHale uses him vs. Marc Gasol and the Grizzlies on Tuesday.

Samuel Dalembert played just 18 minutes on Thursday, finishing with four points, seven rebounds and a block. He got off to a hot start and it looked like he was going to finally bounced back, but missed five straight shots after making his first two before Kevin McHale pulled the plug. He's scored four or less points in six straight games and has played 20 or less minutes in five straight. Dalembert's not the only starter feeling the wrath of McHale, as four bench players led the team in minutes played tonight. Dalembert is still a valuable source of blocks, but it's tough to tell when he might start getting enough run to be started in your fantasy league. Just keep him on your bench for now.

Samuel Dalembert had just two points, three rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block in 18 minutes of Wednesday's win over the Blazers. The good news is his minutes were actually up after playing just seven on Monday, but he's now had dismal numbers in five straight games. We are up for giving him a couple more games to get out of Kevin McHale's doghouse, but if you're holding Sammy and are set at center, dropping him might not be a bad idea.

Samuel Dalembert's slump continued as he scored just four points with one rebound and three blocks in 20 minutes of Saturday's loss to Minnesota. That makes three straight games of four points, and he's scored seven or less in five in a row. He played just 16 minutes on Friday, and we're not sure what the reason is for the funk. Patrick Patterson had 14 points, five boards and a block in 26 minutes, but Jordan Hill played just six minutes and failed to score. Dalembert is still a reliable source of blocks, but with the low minutes from Kevin McHale lately, owners have to think twice about starting him if other options are available.
