Covington is unlikely to approach the averages of 12.9 points and 5.6 rebounds in 30.1 minutes per game that he generated during his first stint with the 76ers, but he could at least have the opportunity to maintain a spot in the starting five in Philadelphia.

Covington notched zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal over 26 minutes during Sunday's 123-83 victory over the Spurs.
