Cook will return to the starting five Sunday against the Jazz, Connor Letourneau of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Steph Curry (knee) already ruled out, Cook will reprise his role as the starter at point guard after a one-game stint off the bench. The Warriors are yet to officially announce Curry's diagnosis, but the expectation is that he'll miss a handful of games, at the minimum, so Cook figures to hold onto his steady role for the time being. The 25-year-old has played at least 32 minutes in each of Golden State's last four games.

Cook mustered 13 points (5-11 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, six assists and one steal across 32 minutes in Friday's 106-94 win over the Hawks.
EDGE Analysis
Cook headed back to the bench with Stephen Curry's return from an ankle injury, but he ended up playing an important role late when the latter went down with a sprained left knee late in the third quarter. Curry is due for an MRI on Saturday, and if he's to be forced to miss time once again, then Cook is poised for a quick return to the starting lineup. He flashed substantial upside in that role during Curry's absence, posting a trio of 20-point efforts while also making serviceable contributions in rebounds, assists and steals.

Cook will come off the bench in Friday's game against the Hawks, Connor Letourneau of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Steph Curry (ankle) is returning to action Friday, which means Cook's time filling in as the team's starting point guard will come to an end. The newly turned 25-year-old has played well in six starts with Curry sidelined, posting 16.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.8 steals, and 2.2 triples across 34.1 minutes. It is unclear what type of run he will get going forward, but his workload figures to take a big hit.

Cook had 20 points (8-18 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 2-4 FT), five rebounds and five assists in 37 minutes during Monday's 89-75 loss to the Spurs.
EDGE Analysis
Cook was in some doubt coming into the game with a hand injury, however, he assumed his role as the starter and was the only bright spot on an otherwise dreary night. He continues to put up some nice value in the absence of Steph Curry (ankle) and basically the rest of the starting unit. Until they start getting some players back, Cook is going to have standard league value based on the opportunity he has been given.

Cook (hand) is available to play in Monday's game against the Spurs.
EDGE Analysis
As expected, Cook will be ready to go for Monday's contest in San Antonio. The young point guard has played 40 minutes in back-to-back contests and scored a total of 53 points in those two games, and he should be in line for another heavy dose of minutes Monday night, giving him plenty of upside on a Warriors team dealing with plenty of injury problems.

Cook is listed as probable for Monday's game against the Spurs with a right hand contusion.
EDGE Analysis
Cook is coming off a career-best performance in Saturday's win over the Suns, scoring 28 points in 40 minutes, so it's unclear exactly when Cook suffered the hand bruise he's listed with. Regardless, his presence on Monday's injury report is likely just precautionary, and the young point guard should be in line for another heavy dose of minutes in San Antonio.

Cook totaled 28 points (11-17 FG, 5-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, four assists and two steals across 40 minutes in Saturday's 124-109 win over the Suns.
EDGE Analysis
One night after establishing a new personal best in scoring against the Kings, Cook one-upped that effort in the Warriors' comeback victory Saturday. Cook went 6-for-6 from the field in a prolific third quarter for Golden State, with three of those buckets coming from distance. The former Blue Devil is shooting a jaw-dropping 70.0 percent (21-for-30) over the last two games, giving him excellent short-term fantasy value across all formats while Stephen Curry (ankle) remains sidelined.

Cook (hand) managed 25 points (10-13 FG, 5-7 3Pt), four rebounds and three assists across 40 minutes in Friday's 98-93 loss to the Kings.
EDGE Analysis
The second-year guard posted a career-best and game-high scoring total in his second consecutive start in another start in place of Stephen Curry (ankle). Cook has taken double-digit shot attempts in each of his last two contests, while his five made threes served as a career high and were instrumental in his stellar final line. With Curry still set to miss multiple contests, the 24-year-old could offer some excellent late-season value for those in deeper leagues needing stretch-run help in scoring and three-pointers.

Cook (hand) will play during Friday's contest against the Kings.
EDGE Analysis
Cook was originally listed as probable due to a bruised hand, so this news doesn't come as a surprise. He should continue seeing an expanded role with Stephen Curry (ankle) out.

Cook is probable for Friday's contest against Sacramento due to a bruised right hand.
EDGE Analysis
This is the first news of Cook dealing with an injury, which he presumably picked up during Wednesday's game against the Lakers, though he still played 28 minutes and put up 13 points. It doesn't seem to be serious, however. More information on his status should arrive following Friday's morning shootaround.
