He left the court in the third quarter for what proves to be a sprained ankle, but Conley was able to get it taped up and return to action. It's the first time in over a month that the Grizzlies' point guard has scored 20 or more points in a game, so hopefully he doesn't miss any further time due to the tweaked ankle.

Conley returned to Wednesday's game in Boston after receiving a diagnosis of a sprained right ankle, MassLive.com reports. After appearing to tweak his right knee, Conley required a pair of teammates to carry him to the locker room. The seemingly serious concern has been established to be an ankle sprain, though, which will allow Conley to return to action.
