Conley (face) will not play in Wednesday's Game 5 against the Trail Blazers, Blazers' digital reporter Casey Holdahl reports.
Conley underwent facial surgery in Memphis on Monday after taking an inadvertent elbow to the face from C.J. McCollum in Game 3. Titanium plates and screwers were inserted into Conley's face to stabilize the fractures, and he's not expected to fully heal for another 4-6 weeks. It sounds like the Grizzlies, who could close out Portland on Wednesday night, expect to have him back well before then, however they have not offered a timetable. Conley will likely don a mask upon his return.

Conley, who underwent surgery on his face Monday, is expected to need around 48 hours for swelling to subside and his playing status to be updated accordingly, Yahoo! Sports reports.
Conley has already been ruled out of Monday's Game 4 in Portland, after taking a shot to the face during Saturday's third straight victory over the Blazers. While Conley's face heals from surgery, Beno Udrih (ankle) and Nick Calathes are expected to alternate time manning the Grizzlies' point guard position. Nonetheless, Conley's future status should be updated some time in the next couple days, and Memphis has a big enough lead in their current series to feel relatively comfortable without Conley available for the time being.

Conley (face) underwent successful surgery Monday but remains without a timetable, the Commercial Appeal reports.
While Conley officially remains without a timetable, the report indicates his recovery could take weeks. When he does return to action, he'll likely require a mask to protect the area from further damage. He's certainly out for Game 4 on Monday, but his status after that remains up in the air.

Conley (face) will undergo surgery Monday to repair multiple fractures in facial bones, NBA TV reports.
Conley has already been ruled out for Monday's Game 4 in Portland, and he isn't a good bet to return for Wednesday's Game 5, if the Trail Blazers are able to extend the series. While the need for surgery obviously isn't a good sign, Conley could still return to action at some point this postseason. The Grizzlies have yet to provide a timetable.

Conley (face) will not play in Game 4 against Portland on Monday and has no timetable for a return to the court, The Commercial Appeal reports.
Conley left Game 3 after taking a blow to the head and ended up in the hospital shortly thereafter. He should be considered out for the time being as he focuses on his long-term health. That leaves Beno Udrih (ankle) as the expected starter while Nick Calathes also sees significant time off the bench.

Conley left Saturday's game with a head injury.
The Grizzlies are down to one point guard, Nick Calathes after Beno Udrih was out of Saturday's game. Memphis was holding on to a small lead against the Trail Blazers. Conley left the game with a towel over his head, so a return to the game is uncertain.

Conley's foot injury will likely linger throughout the playoffs, ESPN reports.
Conley noted that typically his injury, a foot sprain near his arch, would be treated by placing the foot in a walking boot for an extended period of time. But with the Grizzlies in the midst of a playoff run, Conley does not plan to take any rest, and he'll continue to play through discomfort. "It's a lot of sleepless nights, constantly doing rehab, constantly in a tub or constantly hooked up to some machine trying to fix my foot," Conley said. "It's going to flare up, no matter what I do. It's my new routine, my new reality right now. It's what I have to do to get ready, and I'm happy doing it because I know I'm able to play. And whatever I have to do to play, I'm doing." Conley certainly did not appear to be limited by the injury in Game 2, when he scored 18 points to go with six assists in 29 minutes. He was moving so well, in fact, that opposing point guard Damian Lillard said after the game that he didn't even know Conley has dealing with an injury.

Conley (foot) scored 18 points (6-11 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT) with six assists and a steal in 29 minutes during Wednesday's Game 2 win over the Trail Blazers.
Despite the foot injury he's been dealing with since the end of the regular season, Conley was still able to produce his usual numbers. He'll get a couple of days to heal before Game 3 in Portland, but the injury seems likely to continue bothering him throughout the playoffs.

Conley (foot) will play in Game 2 against the Trail Blazers on Wednesday, Clay Bailey of the Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.
Conley, who was battling a sprained foot prior to the playoffs, scored 16 points (6-11 FG, 4-5 FT) in 24 minutes in Sunday's Game 1, and he'll remain in the lineup for Game 2, despite being less than 100 percent. Coach Dave Joerger may try to monitor Conley's minutes, though it seems unlikely that the Grizzlies will open up another huge lead early in the game.
