Conley (face) is on the court for pregame warmups against the Warriors on Sunday, further complicating his original designation of doubtful coming into Sunday, Kevin Lipe of the Memphis Flyer reports.
Conley continues to surprise as it now seems that he'll at least return to the court sometime during the Golden State series. Game 1 on Sunday still may be a bit premature for that eventual comeback, although the Grizzlies should update his status closer to tipoff.

Conley (face) is doubtful for Sunday's game, according to coach Dave Joerger, FOX 13's Peter Fleischer reports.
The Grizzlies are being very difficult to read with this situation, as there were reports that Conley practiced Saturday and then Joerger said he was unavailable at practice. The doubtful tag could be a little bit of gamesmanship on the part of Memphis, but we now have to operate as if he will not be available for Game 1.

Conley (face) practiced with the Grizzlies on Saturday and there's a chance he could play in Game 1 against the Warriors on Sunday, FOX 13's Peter Fleischer reports.
Memphis doesn't have much of a shot in this series without Conley, so obviously the Grizzlies will bring him back as soon as possible. We should learn more about his potential availability after Saturday's practice.

Conley (face) will travel with the Grizzlies to Oakland for the first two games of the teams' second round series, Rob Fischer of Sports 56 WHBQ in Memphis reports. "The game plan is without him, but at some point in the series you're hoping that he plays," coach Dave Joerger said.
Conley continues to recovery from facial fractures suffered during the Grizzlies' first round series against the Trail Blazers. While the injuries won't fully heal for 4-to-6 weeks, the expectation seems to be that Conley will return to the court much earlier. He's currently battling swelling in his face, which prevents the team's medical staff from fitting him with a mask. Continue to consider Conley day-to-day, and his status figures to be updated on a game-to-game basis.

Conley (face) deemed himself "day-to-day" and said he hopes to return at some point during the Grizzlies' second round series against the Warriors, the Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.
Conley, who underwent surgery to repair three facial fractures Monday, was in the house for the Grizzlies' series-clinching win over the Blazers on Wednesday, and he spoke to the TNT crew about his injuries. "We're hopeful that it'll be sooner than later," Conley said. "It has a lot to do with swelling... (the injuries) were pretty serious to my knowledge." Team doctors told Conley that the injuries won't fully heal for 4-to-6 weeks, but the bigger issue is swelling, which can skew Conley's depth perception. Once the swelling subsides, Conley will likely attempt to return to the court, and he'll be required to don a mask until the fractures fully heal.

Conley (face) will not play in Wednesday's Game 5 against the Trail Blazers, Blazers' digital reporter Casey Holdahl reports.
Conley underwent facial surgery in Memphis on Monday after taking an inadvertent elbow to the face from C.J. McCollum in Game 3. Titanium plates and screwers were inserted into Conley's face to stabilize the fractures, and he's not expected to fully heal for another 4-6 weeks. It sounds like the Grizzlies, who could close out Portland on Wednesday night, expect to have him back well before then, however they have not offered a timetable. Conley will likely don a mask upon his return.

Conley, who underwent surgery on his face Monday, is expected to need around 48 hours for swelling to subside and his playing status to be updated accordingly, Yahoo! Sports reports.
Conley has already been ruled out of Monday's Game 4 in Portland, after taking a shot to the face during Saturday's third straight victory over the Blazers. While Conley's face heals from surgery, Beno Udrih (ankle) and Nick Calathes are expected to alternate time manning the Grizzlies' point guard position. Nonetheless, Conley's future status should be updated some time in the next couple days, and Memphis has a big enough lead in their current series to feel relatively comfortable without Conley available for the time being.

Conley (face) underwent successful surgery Monday but remains without a timetable, the Commercial Appeal reports.
While Conley officially remains without a timetable, the report indicates his recovery could take weeks. When he does return to action, he'll likely require a mask to protect the area from further damage. He's certainly out for Game 4 on Monday, but his status after that remains up in the air.

Conley (face) will undergo surgery Monday to repair multiple fractures in facial bones, NBA TV reports.
Conley has already been ruled out for Monday's Game 4 in Portland, and he isn't a good bet to return for Wednesday's Game 5, if the Trail Blazers are able to extend the series. While the need for surgery obviously isn't a good sign, Conley could still return to action at some point this postseason. The Grizzlies have yet to provide a timetable.

Conley (face) will not play in Game 4 against Portland on Monday and has no timetable for a return to the court, The Commercial Appeal reports.
Conley left Game 3 after taking a blow to the head and ended up in the hospital shortly thereafter. He should be considered out for the time being as he focuses on his long-term health. That leaves Beno Udrih (ankle) as the expected starter while Nick Calathes also sees significant time off the bench.
