Landry Fields will not play in the second half of Monday's game due to flu-like symptoms. He had the flu on Saturday and played through it, but his symptoms must have got worse. Fields finished with two points and two boards in 13 minutes. He should be ready for Wednesday's game in Atlanta. Terrence Ross and Alan Anderson figure to get a few extra minutes.

Fields has been inconsistent lately, doesn't shoot triples and will have to fight rookie Terrence Ross for minutes, so he's not quite worth owning in standard leagues.

Fields did play well in 35 minutes on Wednesday against Miami, but he lost a handful of minutes to rookie Terrence Ross in Thursday's win. Fields does have some rebounding ability at the guard spot, but with no triples on the year and not much defense, it's going to be tough to hold him in standard leagues.

Landry Fields had his second double-double of the season with 18 points and 10 boards in Sunday's win over the Lakers. He added four steals and shot 8-of-11 from the field. It was Fields' best game as a Raptor and he provided some fantastic defense on Kobe Bryant. His head was also in the game with plenty of nifty cuts to get open looks with six of his eight attempts coming from within two feet of the hoop. He's going to have plenty of inconsistency and he doesn't take many threes, but he's still worth a look in standard leagues for owners looking to add boards from the guard spot.

Landry Fields played just 13 minutes in Friday's 108-101 loss to the Sixers on Friday and had two points, two boards and one block. This is his second stinker in a row and considering Fields doesn't offer much since he's not much of a 3-point shooter, he's definitely trending downward. Even if he's able to get it going, he'll have to worry about the Raptors unleashing Terrence Ross down the stretch. Alan Anderson is also playing well and is taking plenty of threes, so letting go of Fields in standards seems like the right move. DeMar DeRozan also had a rough outing with eight points, four boards, one steal and one block in 33 minutes.

Landry Fields played just 18 minutes for one point and five rebounds in Wednesday's overtime loss to the Bulls. Ouch. Fields had played 40, 29, 34 and 42 minutes in his last four games, but Alan Anderson caught fire tonight, scoring a career-high 27 points. Fields will likely keep his starting job and bounce back from this one, but Anderson may have at least earned a timeshare with tonight's performance.

Fields was awful on Sunday with just three points and one rebound, but has racked up exactly 11 rebounds in three of his last four games. He's been getting ridiculous minutes, and if he was dropped after Sunday's dud he's worth a serious look based on how well he's played in three of his last four games.
