Lowry scored 15 points (5-16 FG, 3-10 3Pt, 2-3 FT) while adding 10 assists, four rebounds, two steals and a block in 39 minutes during Sunday's 96-91 loss to the Kings.
EDGE Analysis
Most of the team had trouble finding their shot Sunday, and Lowry was no exception. He still recorded his first double-double of the season, and the point guard has also picked up multiple steals in four straight games, buoying his fantasy value even as he's shooting just 36.6 percent from the floor to begin the campaign.

Lowry notched 18 points (7-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT) in 36 minutes in a 113-103 win over the Wizards on Wednesday. He also had two assists and four steals.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry did have to get a few stitches during the game, but he's fine. After a slow start shooting the ball, Lowry has made at least half his shots in the last two games, and he also has seven steals in those games.

Lowry temporarily left Wednesday's game against the Wizards and received three stitches under his right eye, but is expected to return to the game, Eric Smith of SportsNet reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry was hit in the face with an elbow, but considering he's able to return to the game, the injury shouldn't be much of an issue moving forward. Look for him to take on his normal minutes load moving forward, barring any additional setbacks.

Lowry totaled 29 points (10-20 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 8-10 FT), seven assists, five rebounds, and three steals across 36 minutes during the Raptors' 105-102 win over the Nuggets on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry went one-for-five from beyond the arc for the third straight game to start the season, but he did a great job of attacking the basket and getting his teammates involved in what was easily his best individual showing thus far in 2016-17. Through the first three contests, Lowry is averaging 18.7 points (on 36.7 percent shooting), 6.3 assists to 3.7 turnovers, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.3 steals in 37.7 minutes. Though he has made more than 43 percent of his field-goal attempts in only two of his 12 years in the league, Lowry hasn't sunk less than 40 percent since 2009-10.

Lowry scored 17 points (5-16 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 6-7 FT) and picked up four assists and two rebounds across 39 minutes in Friday's 94-91 loss to the Cavaliers.
EDGE Analysis
Despite seeing hefty minutes loads in the Raptors' first two games, Lowry has yet to find a groove on the offensive end, with poor shooting and turnovers serving as his main pitfalls. He's hit only 8-of-29 attempts from the field and 2-of-10 shots from the three-point line to go along with a 12:8 assist-to-turnover ratio. History suggests that Lowry will heat up before long, but until the point guard breaks out, the Raptors' offense figures to run through DeMar DeRozan, who has tallied 72 points in the pair of games.

Lowry notched 27 points (8-17 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 6-6 FT) while added seven rebounds and three assists against the Pistons on Wednesday in a preseason contest.
EDGE Analysis
It's only preseason, but Lowry played very well in his last couple of games. Lowry is coming off a great season, even if he had some struggles in the playoffs, and looks to be in prime form at the moment.

Lowry will sit out Friday's preseason game against San Lorenzo de Almagro to rest, Raptors radio play-by-play announcer Eric Smith reports.
EDGE Analysis
Head coach Dwane Casey is rest all of his confirmed starters Friday as well as Terrance Ross and Jared Sullinger, as he doesn't want to risk anything against San Lorenzo of the Argentine Primera Division. Look for Cory Joseph to start in Lowry's place with undrafted rookie Fred VanVleet potentially earning some extra minutes at point guard as well.

Lowry put up 25 points (6-9 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 10-10 FT), six assists and one rebound across 20 minutes in Thursday's 119-94 preseason win over the Cavaliers.
EDGE Analysis
After Lowry was rested in the Raptors' preceding preseason game against the Clippers, it was backcourt mate DeMar DeRozan who got the night off for rest Thursday. DeRozan's absence allowed Lowry to pick up plenty of volume, with the point guard racking up a gaudy stat line while playing less than a full half. It's safe to say that his per-minute numbers won't nearly be as strong while he plays alongside DeRozan, but Lowry is still one of the game's premier point guards as he enters his age-30 season. The point guard shouldn't be in line for a significant regression after turning in a career-best season in 2015-16.

Lowry tallied a game-high 25 points (6-9 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 10-10 FT), six assists and a rebound over 20 minutes in Thursday's 119-94 preseason victory over the Cavs.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry was impressively efficient during his modest allotment of minutes, remaining highly aggressive throughout, as evidenced by his nine shot attempts and 10 trips to the charity stripe. The 30-year-old's numbers were easily exhibition bests across the board, after averaging just 6.5 points, 2.5 assists and 1.5 rebounds over the first pair of preseason contests. Lowry has proclaimed that he'll opt out of his player option for the 2017-18 season, while backcourt mate DeMar DeRozan is already tying up plenty of resources with his new five-year, $139 million contract, making it a very real possibility that the veteran point guard could be heading into his final campaign in a Raptors uniform.

Lowry will opt out of his $12 million player option for the 2017-18 season this summer, but hopes to re-sign with the Raptors, Ananth Pandian of CBS Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry signed a four-year, $48 million contract with the Raptors prior to the 2014-15 season, which was well before the league's salary cap started to rise significantly. He should have the opportunity to see a vast increase in his salary by opting out, making the move very unsurprising on Lowry's part. With that said, Lowry hopes to remain in Toronto, where he's spent the last four seasons and has established himself as a franchise player. He's coming of a 2015-16 campaign where he was granted an invite to the NBA All-Star game, so the Raptors would be wise to do everything they can do bring him back.
