The 32-year-old has actually scored under 20 points in three of his first four November games, but with an average of 11.5 assists over those contests, he's still satisfying fantasy owners in both season-long and daily leagues.

The performance also marked Lowry's eighth straight with double-digit assists, continuing a season-long resurgence for the veteran point guard in that category. Factoring in Sunday's production, Lowry is averaging a career-high 11.6 dimes per game, a perfect complement for fantasy purposes to the career-best 49.6 shooting percentage he's posted through his first 10 games.

Lowry had 11 points (4-9 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 12 assists, six rebounds, and two steals in 31 minutes during Friday's 107-98 victory over Phoenix.

Lowry managed just 11 points Friday but was able to add another 12 assists to go with a pair of steals. He has seen his scoring drop off over the past couple of games but continues to bring the defense and has been passing like a man possessed. The Raptors moved to 8-and-1 with this victory and show no signs of slowing down. Much of this can be attributed to the incredible play of Lowry. The team will travel to Los Angeles to face the Lakers on Sunday in what should be a fast game and another opportunity for Lowry to continue his stellar start to the season.

Lowry struggled from the field, finishing with just nine points including 0-of-9 from beyond the arc. Lowry had begun the season on fire and the hot shooting was bound to come down at some stage. Despite the poor offensive night, Lowry was able to add 15 assists as well as a combined four defensive stats. The Raptors, who suffered their first loss of the season here, will return home to face the Philadelphia 76ers in what should be a great matchup.

The Raptors are unbeaten so far in the 2018-19 season and Lowry has been insanely steady, posting a double-double for the fourth straight game Friday against the Mavericks. It's business as usual for the veteran point guard. Lowry has been leading the Raptors for seven seasons now, and even though this season features a slightly different team than years past, he appears to be ready to carry the load on a nightly basis once again.

EDGE Analysis

He seemed more than content to let Kawhi Leonard settle into his role as the focal point of Toronto's offense, as Lowry instead did the dirty work needed to get the win -- including drawing two fourth-quarter charges against Jayson Tatum. The 32-year-old point guard should only benefit in the long run as Leonard commands more defensive attention, however, and after averaging more than three made three-pointers in each of the last two seasons, Lowry could be headed for a new career high in that category in 2018-19.
