Kuzma's game is based on volume rather than accuracy, however, so he will remain a reliable fantasy asset as long as he keeps getting enough touches -- and that will apparently be the case for at least the next few weeks with LeBron James (ankle) and Anthony Davis (calf) both slated to return in mid-April at the earliest.

Kuzma compiled 25 points (9-21 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 4-5 FT), nine rebounds and a steal across 42 minutes in Thursday's 109-101 loss to the Sixers.

Kuzma has had his work cut out for him with the team's two elites out with injuries. Although the Lakers notched their fourth-straight loss, Kuzma tied a season high with 25 points. The Lakers stood pat at the trade deadline, so Kuzma won't be getting any additional help down the stretch. His fantasy relevance will remain high as a result, but he's carrying a heavy load.

Kuzma garnered his second straight start with Anthony Davis (calf) and LeBron James (ankle) out once again and posted his 11th double-double of the season and almost finished with his first triple-double. It was also Kuzma's second consecutive outing with at least 13 points, six rebounds and six assists. Look for the Utah product to make his third straight start against the 76ers on Thursday as long as Davis and James remain sidelined.

Kuzma will start Sunday's game against the Suns, Jovan Buha of The Athletic reports.

With LeBron James (ankle) out, Kuzma will move into the lineup as the Lakers go with a smaller alignment featuring Markieff Morris at center. Kuzma was quiet in 37 minutes off the bench against Atlanta on Friday, finishing with just eight points (3-8 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT) and five rebounds.

The Lakers won their third straight coming out of the break, and Kuzma had another solid night offensively, scoring in double figures for the fifth straight game. Kuzma didn't provide much as far as rebounding or defensive stats, however, so it was a somewhat disappointing performance for DFS purposes.

Kuzma is dealing with lingering pain in his right heel, but it likely won't keep him off the court for Tuesday's game.
