Knox will come off the bench Thursday against the Nets, Marc Berman of the New York Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Marcus Morris (Achilles) returning to the starting five, Knox will revert to his usual role off the bench. This month he's averaging 8.6 points and 2.9 rebounds in 21.2 minutes.

Knox II had eight points (2-8 FG, 1-4 3PT, 3-3 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one block in 27 minutes during Monday's 121-115 loss against the Wizards.
EDGE Analysis
Knox II was ineffectual during the start, and he continues to struggle from the field regardless if he starts or comes off the bench. Those issues, along with the fact that he will return to the bench once Marcus Morris (Achilles) returns, should limit his upside considerably.

Knox is starting Monday's game against the Wizards.
EDGE Analysis
Knox will draw a spot start with Marcus Morris (Achilles) sidelined. Knox's last start came Dec. 2 against the Bucks, when he finished with five points and three rebounds against Milwaukee.

Knox put up 17 points (7-14 FG, 3-9 3Pt), three steals, two rebounds, two assists and one block in a win over the Hawks on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
This may have been the best scoring performance of the season for Knox, but most of his output came in the fourth quarter when Knicks' lead was sizable. Currently posting 7.7 points, 2.9 boards, 1.3 assists, 1.2 threes, 0.6 steals and 0.4 blocks per game, and shooting a putrid 38.0 percent from the field, and 65.3 percent from the line, Knox is best left for the deeper leagues for now.

Knox supplied 10 points (5-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt), four rebounds and an assist in 22 minutes during Sunday's 111-105 loss to the Nuggets.
EDGE Analysis
Knox topped double figures for the first time in his past seven games and pnly the ninth time overall on the season. After an up-and-down rookie campaign, Knox has seen his production plunge even further in Year 2, with a nine-minute decline in playing time largely responsible for the downturn. Knox could recapture playing time if the Knicks end up dealing Marcus Morris prior to the trade deadline in February, but he'll still be mostly a one-category (points) specialist in such a scenario.

Knox had eight points (3-8 FG, 2-4 3Pt), two rebounds, a steal and a block in 22 minutes as the Knicks were crushed 129-92 by the Nuggets on Thursday night.
EDGE Analysis
Even in a blowout, Knox didn't get much additional playing time and failed to stand out. Coming off the bench has resulted in a greatly reduced role for the second-year Kentucky product. It will be worth monitoring his playing time as the season goes on, as Knox picked up value as a streaming option occasionally in his rookie season.

Knox will start Sunday's game against the Celtics.
EDGE Analysis
Marcus Morris (neck) is unavailable Sunday, pressing Knox into the starting role. The 20-year-old wasn't included in the rotation during Friday's loss to the 76ers, so the spot start provides a chance to reestablish his role.

Knox (coach's decision) didn't see the floor during Friday's 101-95 loss to the 76ers.
EDGE Analysis
Knox played through a bruised quad during Wednesday's matchup versus the Raptors. However, he wasn't listed on the injury report prior to this contest, so it appears he was simply out of coach David Fizdale's rotation. After an up-and-down rookie season, the 20-year-old hasn't shown much improvement in his second season. The lack of playing time only further dims Knox's chances of becoming a reliable fantasy asset.

Knox is probable for Wednesday's matchup against the Raptors due to a bruised left quad.
EDGE Analysis
Knox made his first start of the season during the Knicks' most recent game -- a 103-101 loss to the Nets. Still, he played only 18 minutes, just under his season average of 20.3. A confirmation on his availability for Wednesday should arrive sometime before tipoff.
