Jeremy Evans hit all seven of his field goal attempts for 14 points with three rebounds and two blocks in 16 minutes on Friday. Evans helped bring the Jazz back in what appeared to be a blowout, and he was actually slated before the year started to be the team's first big off the bench. Just keep one eye on him in deeper leagues to see if he can carve out a useful role.

Evans almost certainly going to be the first big off the bench for the Jazz this year, and it looks like Ty Corbin wanted to see what he could get if he split up Derrick Favors (seven points, nine boards, one steal, one block, 2-of-8 FGs) and Enes Kanter (11 points, six boards, no steals or blocks). The problem is that Evans is 200 pounds soaking wet and the other alternatives in Andris Biedrins and Rudy Gobert aren't great. Look for Favors and Kanter to get all they can eat.
