Jeremy Evans started down low for the Jazz in Friday's preseason loss to the Blazers, playing just 16 minutes on his way to four points, zero rebounds and one steal. Evans almost certainly going to be the first big off the bench for the Jazz this year, and it looks like Ty Corbin wanted to see what he could get if he split up Derrick Favors (seven points, nine boards, one steal, one block, 2-of-8 FGs) and Enes Kanter (11 points, six boards, no steals or blocks). The problem is that Evans is 200 pounds soaking wet and the other alternatives in Andris Biedrins and Rudy Gobert aren't great. Look for Favors and Kanter to get all they can eat.
