There are "strong indications" that the Warriors will pursue a "big upgrade" at small forward. We've heard rumblings that the Warriors will pursue an upgrade previously, so this isn't a huge surprise. The report suggests the Warriors could draft one of Harrison Barnes, Terrence Jones or Perry Jones III in the first round. Dorell Wright is a candidate to be playing elsewhere next year.

Dorell Wright (ankle) is listed as day-to-day ahead of Tuesday's game against the Hornets. Nate Robinson (hamstring) is also day-to-day. With the Warriors needing to lose games in order to ensure they keep their first-round draft pick, details here are scarce. We probably won't know the status of either until about an hour before Tuesday's tip.

Dorell Wright is a surprise DNP on Saturday. Wright has been playing well and there's no word of an injury, so it seems the Warriors are just turning things over to their young guys. We don't blame them, but it's not what fantasy owners were hoping to hear 45 minutes before tipoff.

Dorell Wright scored 17 points on 5-of-12 shooting (including three treys) with six rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block in 33 minutes on Monday against the Spurs. Wright is playing well right now and minutes have been cleared out due to the various injuries the Warriors have faced. After this excellent start to his five-game week, owners in daily leagues should pick him up if he's not already owned. Mark Jackson owes this man some minutes after stealing them from him all season long.

Dorell Wright played just under 20 minutes in the Warriors' blowout loss, scoring eight points on 3-of-8 shooting (including two threes) with one steal to his credit. While Wright is a mess in many respects, he has averaged 1.6 steals in his last five games and 1.1 steals over his last 15 days. Next to a 0.75 blocks per game mark over the 14 days entering tonight, there is some value if he can ever get real playing time and start to do something with it.

Dorell Wright played just 16 minutes on Friday against the Nets, scoring five points on 2-of-3 shooting (including a three) with one rebound and two assists. Wright just isn't in the Warriors' future plans and that precludes him from getting consistent playing time at this juncture of the season. He hasn't helped himself by struggling at times, but there's more than meets the eye with his situation in Golden State. He's still a guy with value in fantasy leagues (late round value over the last two weeks), but he's not a must-own player due to his inconsistency. Brandon Rush is a much better play.

Dorell Wright had 13 points, three rebounds, a steal, a block and two 3-pointers in 24 minutes on Tuesday. He's being out played by Brandon Rush, while Richard Jefferson is also getting more minutes than Wright for the time being. If you can drop Wright to pick up Rush, the move makes sense. Wright played just 13 minutes on Sunday and failed to score.

Dorell Wright played only 13 minutes in Sunday's loss, going scoreless with four rebounds. Wright is losing the tug-of-war between himself, Brandon Rush and Richard Jefferson, as both Rush and RJ played 35+ minutes off the bench. We witnessed a brief resurgence in mid-March but he's bottoming out in the past four games, averaging 5.5 points in 17.8 minutes.

Brandon Rush finished Saturday's game with 11 points and four rebounds in 27 minutes, Richard Jefferson scored seven points in 26 minutes, and starting SF Dorell Wright had six points in 22 minutes. Yuck. With Klay Thompson dominating the SG position there are only so many minutes to spread amongst Rush/Jefferson/Wright and none of them are very compelling fantasy options at the moment. They've each fizzled out during Golden State's five-game week, but Wright suddenly seems to be the worst off (averaging 18.7 minutes in the past three games).

Dorell Wright played just 19 minutes against the Rockets on Thursday, scoring eight points on 3-of-6 shooting (including two threes) with two rebounds and two assists. It's hard to jump on Wright too badly when his starting teammates struggled so badly, and the only thing we can say with certainty about him going forward it to expect inconsistency. Nate Robinson and Klay Thompson are not a stable backcourt, in particular on defense, and the Warriors figure to get blown out nightly with David Lee anchoring the team down low.
