Dorell Wright scored eight points on 4-of-10 shooting (0-for-3 from deep) with three rebounds, two assists, two steals, and four turnovers in 34 minutes on Monday.
The Warriors lost and moved to 5-11 with the Blazers and Thunder up next on the schedule, and as we've mentioned in a few places the Warriors need to start running again for Wright to come anywhere close to last year's value. After tonight's embarrassing loss and the crosstown 49ers out of action, Mark Jackson won't get a pass for the mostly awful coaching job he has done -- and he may get serious about running. Running or not, Wright has done enough lately to be held in 12-team leagues.

Dorell Wright scored 18 points on 6-of-10 shooting (including four threes) with five rebounds and no steals or blocks in Friday's last-second loss to the Pacers.
Wright is averaging 30 minutes, 13.6 points, 1.8 threes, 4.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.0 steals, 0.2 blocks, and 0.6 turnovers per game in his last five contests, with 44.7 percent field goal shooting over that span. This is good for seventh round value in 8-cat leagues and fifth round value in 9-cat leagues during that time, and we're advising owners to simply hold. While this could be a sell-high moment and Stephen Curry's return is worrisome, owners aren't likely to return much in a trade. Likewise, the Warriors are 5-10 and that could prompt Mark Jackson to ditch the halfcourt mentality and run, which would help Wright immensely.

Dorell Wright hit 5-of-7 shots and three 3-pointers for 17 points, three rebounds, a steal and a block in 36 minutes of Wednesday's loss.
Wright got off to a terrible start this season, but is coming on. He was slowed recently by a sore knee, but has hit double digits in five straight games with 11 threes over that stretch. His confidence appears to be coming back, so just sit tight with him as he continues to improve after the rough start.

Dorell Wright hit 4-of-11 shots and zero 3-pointers on his way to 10 points, two rebounds, three assists and a steal in 23 minutes in Tuesday's win over the Cavs.
Wright still seems on the verge of getting things turned around this season, but with Brandon Rush (14 points, two 3-pointers) and Klay Thompson (14 points, 4-of-4 from downtown) both playing well, the reality is this looks like a three-headed monster at small forward for the Warriors. And in fantasy, few things are worse than three-way timeshares. All three players are worth a look in fantasy, and we'd still rank them Wright, Rush and then Thompson. But unless Wright finally breaks out for good, none of them is a must-start player.

Dorell Wright returned from his knee injury on Saturday, starting at SF and scoring 12 points on 3-of-6 FGs and 5-of-6 FTs.
Wright played 26 minutes, the same amount of playing time as Brandon Rush (seven points, four rebounds). It's nice to see him knocking down shots, and hopefully his minutes will increase as he gets up to speed, but we'd keep him benched until that happens.

Dorell Wright (knee) will return to action vs. the Bobcats on Saturday.
Wright finally had a big game last Tuesday, notching 20 points and 10 rebounds, and he'll move back into his usual starting role tonight. It's hard to trust him immediately upon returning, given his atrocious start to the season, but at least we have some cause for optimism.

Dorell Wright will miss Thursday's game with a knee contusion, following his breakout game on Tuesday in which he scored 20 points with 10 boards and six 3-point buckets.
How's that for horrible timing? Brandon Rush will get the start in Wright's place and is worth a look in a spot-start, and we'll update owners as soon as we know the severity of the injury. A simple knee bruise shouldn't cost Wright much time, but if he is out it will improve the outlooks of Rush, Nate Robinson, and Klay Thompson.

Dorell Wright finally broke out of his slump on Tuesday against his former team, the Heat, with 20 points, 10 rebounds, a steal, a block and a season-high six 3-pointers in a tough win.
Mark Jackson said after the game that Wright is a shooter, and needs to keep shooting until he gets right. That happened tonight, and those of you who bought low have to feel like you won the lottery after tonight's breakout game. We'll have to see if it continues, but the talk of Brandon Rush taking Wright's starting job will chill for now.

Dorell Wright scored just three points on 1-of-3 shooting in a season-low 20 minutes of action on Saturday.
The nightmare continues. Wright hasn't cracked 30 minutes in any of the past five games and is averaging 6.1 ppg, down from 16.4 ppg last year. We hoped he would step up in Stephen Curry's absence, but he seems headed in the opposite direction. It's still too early to give up on him, but at this point we couldn't blame you for moving on with a promising FA.

Dorell Wright scored 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting (including two threes) with three rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block in 24 foul-plagued minutes on Friday.
Wright dealt with foul trouble late but only lost about six minutes of playing time based upon it, but the fantasy bust of the year so far at least hit a few shots and got his defensive stats. Until Mark Jackson starts to feel the heat for turning a running squad into a defensive team without having the personnel for it, he probably isn't going to run. That leaves Wright without any easy offense and operating within an increasingly chaotic rotation. Dropping him based on tonight's result would ignore his improvement, but Wright's fantasy leash is getting really short.
