It's unclear when Fox picked up the injury, though it could keep him sidelined for the first half of Sacramento's back-to-back set Thursday and Friday. The Kings will likely wait and see how the point guard responds to pregame activities before a final determination regarding his availability is made. If Fox is unable to go, Cory Joseph will likely draw the start in his place.

Fox came out of the break with a bang, turning in his best scoring game over his last five. His assist numbers have dipped a bit over his last two, however, as he has just four in each game after reaching at least five in nine straight contests prior to that. The 22-year-old's fantasy managers will take it if the scoring keeps up, though.

Fox accumulated 17 points (5-19 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-7 FT), 11 assists, eight rebounds and a block in 34 minutes during Monday's loss to the Bucks.

EDGE Analysis

Despite an errant night from the field, Fox managed to be the best player on the court for the Kings, yet again, finishing as the sole member of his team with a positive net rating with his plus-3 mark. Fox has had a successful season individually and has seen his scoring average and efficiency at the rim markedly increase. While owners are still waiting on him to match his impressive three-point shooting from last season, Fox has nonetheless turned out averages of 19.8 points, 7.1 assists, 4.2 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 31.5 minutes per game this year.

Fox registered 13 points (5-9 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five assists and two rebounds in 26 minutes during Saturday's 122-102 win over the Spurs.

EDGE Analysis

Fox has dished out five or more assists in eight straight games, and he is also averaging 22.1 points per game during that stretch. He should remain one of Sacramento's top scoring threats -- as well as its main playmaker -- moving forward, as he has been extremely consistent over the last few weeks.

Fox compiled 16 points (6-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-8 FT), eight assists, two rebounds, one steal and one block in 36 minutes during Friday's 105-97 win over the Heat.

EDGE Analysis

Fox has dished out five or more assists in all but one game since the start of January, and he has been thriving as a playmaking threat alongside a bunch of natural scorers such as Buddy Hield and Bogdan Bogdanovic. He hasn't forgotten about scoring, however, and Fox is currently averaging 22.1 points per game while shooting 48.0 percent from the field in his last 10 starts.

Fox notched 31 points (10-16 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 8-12 FT), five assists, three rebounds and two steals in 34 minutes during Monday's 113-109 win over the Timberwolves.

EDGE Analysis

Fox topped the 30-point mark for the second time in his last three games, and he seems to have a bigger role on offense now that Buddy Hield has moved to a bench role for the last few games. Fox has topped the 15-point mark while dishing out at least five assists in each of his last six contests. That should be enough to keep him as a starter across most formats.

Fox compiled 34 points (14-24 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 3-5 FT), eight assists, four steals, three rebounds and two blocked shots across 35 minutes in Thursday's 124-103 win over the Clippers.

EDGE Analysis

Fox's superb multi-category performance rounds out an excellent January by the point guard, who averaged 22.8 points, 7.6 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 2.2 steals over 14 games. His stat lines haven't equated into wins for the Kings, as they went 5-9 for the month and have a lot of work to do if they hope to remain relevant in the West.

Fox had 18 points (5-14 FG, 0-1 3PT, 8-9 FT), six rebounds, seven assists and three steals in 25 minutes during Friday's 98-81 win at Chicago.

Fox has dished out five or more assists in all but one game during January, and he is averaging 7.7 dimes per game during the first month of 2020. He is also scoring 22.2 points per game since the calendar flipped to the new year, and he continues to settle himself as one of Sacramento's most productive and reliable fantasy assets.

Fox bounced back in the points column, perhaps because he focused on more short-range shots as he only attempted two from beyond the arc. The three assists were his lowest total over his last 12 games.
