Confirming an earlier report, Chris Andersen will start on Wednesday. Andersen has a chance to make a short-term impact with Timofey Mozgov and Danilo Gallinari sidelined due to ankle injuries, so give him a look if you need rebounds and blocks. Andersen has the potential for big lines as long as he's starting, but is also likely to have issues with inconsistency.

George Karl is "leaning toward" starting Chris Andersen on Wednesday. The Birdman is about to get unleashed from his cage. In all seriousness, Andersen has a chance to follow up on his 10 point, nine rebound effort on Monday in a big way on Wednesday. He's averaging 4.7 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in just 13 minutes per game this year.

Chris Andersen had 12 points, nine boards, a steal and a block in Sunday's win over the Lakers. He's been pretty quiet all year, but could be ready to start contributing. He's far from a must-own player, but if he starts blocking shots, he'll at least be worth a look.

Chris Andersen played 21 minutes off the bench in the Nuggets' blowout win, scoring four points with six rebounds and no blocks. Anderson needs to play more minutes to be counted on as a blocks specialist, as getting a zero in that category for owners is just not acceptable.

Chris Andersen had nine points, two rebounds and three blocks on Tuesday. He'll be a solid source of blocks as long as he's healthy, but his lack of offense should make him tough to own in fantasy.
