Marjanovic is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Nuggets, Mike Peasley of the Dallas Mavericks Radio Network reports.

Kristaps Porzingis (rest) and Dorian Finney-Smith (hip) are both out Wednesday, so the 7-foot-3 Serbian will join the starting five. Marjanovic had nine points, five rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in 16 minutes during his only previous start this season.

Marjanovic managed 14 points (7-11 FG, 0-1 3Pt), 12 rebounds, one steal and one block in 22 minutes during Monday's 109-107 loss to the Bulls.

Marjanovic saw at least 20 minutes for the first time since Jan. 14 and logged his fourth double-double through 33 appearances this season. He recorded a career-best six double-doubles across 58 games in 2018-19, and while Dwight Powell (Achilles) being out for the remainder of the campaign leaves the door of opportunity slightly ajar for Marjanovic, the 31-year-old center likely only saw such a significant load of playing time in this one due to the absence of Kristaps Porzingis (rest).

Marjanovic is inactive for Friday's game against the Magic, Brad Townsend of The Dallas Morning News reports.

EDGE Analysis

While Marjanovic often doesn't see the court due to DNP-CDs, it's rare for him to be a healthy scratch ahead of time. His next chance to play arrives Saturday against the Hawks.

Marjanovic had 12 points (5-6 FG, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, two blocks and one steal in 16 minutes off the bench during Tuesday's 110-107 loss against the Clippers.

EDGE Analysis

Marjanovic has received four DNP designations over Dallas' last eight contests, but he could be in line for an extended run of minutes following Dwight Powell's Achilles injury. He has averaged 12.8 points and 7.3 rebounds in 13.5 minutes per game over his last four contests, however, and he could become an enticing fantasy alternative if he receives more playing time moving forward.

Marjanovic totaled 13 points (6-14 FG, 1-2 FT), 11 rebounds and one steal in 20 minutes during Tuesday's 124-99 victory over the Warriors.

EDGE Analysis

Marjanovic dominated during garbage time, recording his second double-double in under a week. This was only the second time this season Marjanovic has played at least 20 minutes, highlighting why he is impossible to trust in competitive leagues.

Marjanovic finished with 14 points (5-9 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 3-4 FT) and 10 rebounds in 10 minutes during Friday's 129-114 loss to the Lakers.

EDGE Analysis

Marjanovic needed only 10 minutes to record his second double-double of the season. He continues to be one of the elite per-minute performers in the league but unfortunately, he is not even an every night part of the rotation. Alas, there is also no way of predicting when he will see the court and so streaming him in can prove difficult.

Marjanovic posted 15 points (6-7 FG, 3-4 FT), 16 rebounds, two assists and two blocks in a blowout win over the Pelicans on Saturday.

EDGE Analysis

Marjanovic was unleashed, topping his season-highs in points, rebounds and blocks. The Mavericks were winning in a blowout in this one, which is likely a contributing factor to the big man seeing 23 minutes. His playing time has been too inconsistent to rely on him in anything other than the deepest of leagues at this point.

Marjanovic did not see the floor in Wednesday's 121-114 victory over Minnesota.

EDGE Analysis

The 31-year-old was held out a second straight game, something he hadn't done since Nov. 18. Marjanovic has played in only nine of 21 games, so fans of the 7-foot-3 center shouldn't hold their breath about seeing him on a frequent basis.

Marjanovic registered nine points (4-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, an assist and a steal in Friday's 143-101 victory over Cleveland.

EDGE Analysis

The 7-foot-3 center made the most of it, earning four buckets from inside the paint. Despite having played in just seven of the Mavs' 15 games, the 31-year-old has established career-best averages in that span (7.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game). But from a fantasy perspective, the 31-year-old will likely to continue offering limited value as he trails behind centers Dwight Powell and Maxi Kleber on the depth chart.

Marjanovic ended with nine points (3-5 FG, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, two assists, two steals, and one block in 16 minutes during Saturday's 138-122 victory over the Grizzlies.

EDGE Analysis

Marjanovic moved into the starting lineup with Kristaps Porzingis (rest) given the night off. Despite starting the game, Marjanovic played just 16 minutes but was able to contribute across the board. He is one of the better per-minute producers but typically fails to see enough court time to warrant a standard league roster spot. He is fine to stream in on those nights Porzingis is out but that is where he relevance ends.
