Marjanovic, Tobias Harris and Mike Scott have all passed their physicals and will be available for their Philadelphia debuts after coming over in a trade Wednesday with the Clippers. Though Harris is expected to step in as the starting power forward and remain the only must-own player of the fantasy trio, Marjanovic could be in store for a decent minutes load for at least Friday's contest in the event Joel Embiid (illness) is sidelined. The 76ers are listing Embiid as questionable for the game and would only have Marjanovic, Amir Johnson and Jonah Bolden available to cover center minutes in the event the All-Star is sidelined.

Marjanovic was traded to the 76ers on Wednesday along with Tobias Harris and Mike Scott in exchange for Landry Shamet, Wilson Chandler (quadriceps), Mike Muscala, two future first-round picks and two future second-round picks, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

EDGE Analysis

Marjanovic and Scott are little more than secondary pieces in the deal for the 76ers, who fulfilled their desire for an upgrade at power forward with the addition of Harris. Though Marjanovic has often been a per-minute standout during his four seasons in the NBA, he's rarely received the opportunity to play even a consistent rotation role. Marjanovic's outlook won't become much more promising in Philadelphia, where All-Star Joel Embiid is averaging 33.7 minutes per game as the team's starting center.

Marjanovic compiled 10 points (4-6 FG, 2-6 FT), 10 rebounds and a steal across 17 minutes in the Clippers' win over the Pistons on Saturday.

EDGE Analysis

Marjanovic recorded a modest double-double in Saturday's win - just his third of the season. With the Clippers' frontcourt rotation uncertain yet still favoring Marcin Gortat, Marjanovic should be off the radar outside of deep leagues.

Marjanovic contributed 11 points (3-4 FG, 5-5 FT), five rebounds and one assist across 13 minutes in the Clippers' 123-120 overtime loss to the Lakers on Thursday.

Marjanovic returned to the floor after being left out of the rotation for the six previous contests. The 30-year-old's minutes total, modest as it was, was also his highest since Dec. 28. Marjanovic is never a guarantee to log any playing time, but he typically racks up solid production relative to opportunity, a trend borne out by his elite 24.9 Player Efficiency Rating (PER).

Marjanovic (coach's decision) didn't leave the bench Sunday in the Clippers' 103-95 win over the Spurs.

EDGE Analysis

Though coach Doc Rivers benched starting center Marcin Gortat, he broke from tradition and moved second-unit standout Montrezl Harrell into the starting five rather than turning to Marjanovic. Gortat remained in the rotation and played seven minutes, but Marjanovic wasn't called upon off the bench while Harrell and Johnathan Motley drew the rest of the playing time at center as the Clippers leaned heavily on undersized lineups. Marjanovic has appeared in just three of the Clippers' last nine games, logging no more than six minutes on any occasion.

Marjanovic will come off the bench Tuesday against the Sixers, Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.com reports.

Marjanovic has started the past three games, but coach Doc Rivers appears to want Marcin Gortat starting against opposing center Joel Embiid. When coming off the bench this season, Marjanovic has averaged 7.7 points and 3.7 boards in 9.3 minutes.

The Clippers are looking to add some size against the Kings by inserting Marjanovic into the starting five. It's unclear whether or not this switch will stick, or if it's just a spot start, but he could be in line for a larger role. In the resulting move, Marcin Gortat will come off the bench.
