Davis is considered day-to-day with a left groin strain, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Davis has been a force for the Lakers all series, as he posted 34-point double-doubles in Games 2 and 3, which paved the way for a pair of Los Angeles victories. With Davis' status in question for Game 5, the Lakers could be in some trouble if the big man is unable to play. An update on Davis' Game 5 status should come in the next day or two. In the event that he's ultimately held out, expect Markieff Morris, Marc Gasol and/or Kyle Kuzma to pick up increased minutes.

Davis will not return to Game 4 after straining his left groin, Mark Medina of USA Today reports.
EDGE Analysis
Davis limped to the locker room near the end of the first half and was not on the floor to begin the second, and the Lakers have now ruled him out for the remainder of the contest. Prior to exiting, Davis posted an inefficient six points (2-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, three assists, a steal and a block in 19 minutes of action. At this point, it's unclear if Davis could miss additional time, but if he's out for Tuesday's Game 5, or beyond, his absence could swing the series in favor of Phoenix.

EDGE Analysis
The 28-year-old appeared to suffer an injury at the end of the first half, and he didn't come out with the team to begin the second half. Davis was questionable to play Sunday with a sprained knee, and it's unclear if he aggravated that injury or is dealing with a new issue.

Davis hyperextended his left knee during Thursday's Game 3 win against the Suns, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Davis said he was able to finish the game by keeping his knee warm and riding the adrenaline. However, Davis will get the issue checked out Friday, so we shouldn't be surprised if he has an injury designation heading into Sunday's Game 4.

Davis had 34 points (11-22 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 12-14 FT), 11 rebounds, one steal and one block in Thursday's Game 3 win over the Suns.
EDGE Analysis
After a disastrous start to the series, Davis has now strung together two strong performances to give the Lakers a 2-1 advantage ahead of Sunday's Game 4. While Davis did not hand out an assist and committed five turnovers, he was aggressive as a scorer and worked his way to the line 14 times. Over the last two games, Davis is 30-of-35 at the free throw line.

Davis recorded 34 points (7-15 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 18-21 FT), 10 rebounds, seven assists, three blocks and a steal across 40 minutes in Tuesday's win over the Suns.
EDGE Analysis
Davis had a below-average performance by his standards in Game 1, but he bounced back admirably Tuesday, finishing just three assists shy of a triple-double while also making his presence felt on the defensive end. The Lakers need him at his best to be successful, and this was clearly a step in the right direction after his 13-point outing in Game 1.
