Andrei Kirilenko is expected to leave CSKA Moscow soon and will try to sign a multi-year deal with the Nets, Jazz, Lakers or Clippers. Kirilenko is expected to be sidelined for about a month due to a broken nose and shoulder injury, which leaves him iffy for the start of the season. He's a huge injury risk, and landing with the Lakers would really hurt his fantasy potential.

Andrei Kirilenko will reportedly miss up to one month with a broken nose and injured shoulder. Kirilenko is currently playing for CSKA Moscow and took a really nasty spill over the weekend. He was bleeding on the court and walked off the court with the club's trainers. It was originally thought he'd only miss a few games but it's now becoming a reality for him to be sidelined for a bit longer than that.

Andrei Kirilenko will miss 2-3 games after breaking his nose during a game on Saturday, and he will play with a mask when he returns. This is a best-case scenario, as Kirilenko could easily have sustained a concussion or been more badly injured. Now that we know he'll be fine, the video linked below is a bit easier to stomach.

Andrei Kirilenko suffered a concussion during a recent game and undergoing medical testing. Carlos Delfino lost months due to concussions last season, and head injuries are not to be trifled with. There is video of the injury on YouTube and it's not pretty, but hopefully we'll get a positive update in the next few days.

Unrestricted free agent Andrei Kirilenkno is said to be in "excellent form and health" while playing for CSKA in Moscow after coming off pretty serious knee and back issues last season in the NBA. There's no guarantee that Kirilenko will return to the NBA once the lockout ends, but it is very likely. His health will remain an ongoing concern for the rest of his career, but as of now, it sounds like he's in great shape.

Andrei Kirilenko has signed a three-year contract with CSKA Moscow in Russia. Although his contract did not need to include an out clause to return to the NBA as an unrestricted free agent, he will have one as part of the deal in case the lockout ends. He's been rumored to be seeking a return to international basketball with an eye toward Russia since the summer, and now he's made it official. Kirilenko also has an out clause after each year of his deal abroad.

Andrei Kirilenko is still in discussions with teams overseas, in case the lockout drags into the regular season. AK has discussed playing in the NBA for 3-4 more years, but it never hurts to have contingency plans if CBA negotiations go awry. Stay tuned, as this weekend's talks will have major implications.

The coach for Russia's national team, David Blatt, has found success by not coaching Andrei Kirilenko. Blatt compared Kirilenko to a "beautiful wild horse," adding, "He's best when he's running around the court and he's free. Most of his best plays come from instinct." AK's unorthodox style, not always beloved by his coaches, can be very effective. It was on Thursday as he propelled Russia into the EuroBasket Finals with 14 points, 11 rebounds, six assists, and four steals.

Andrei Kirilenko had a nice all-around game to help Russia beat Serbia 77-67 to reach the Finals in Eurobasket. Russia will face France with the winner qualifying for the Olympics. This was a throwback game for Kirilenko, who finished with 14 points, 11 rebounds, six assists, four steals and two blocks.

Andrei Kirilenko struggled for the first time at the Eurobasket tournament on Monday, scoring just eight points (3-of-10 shooting) to go along with three rebounds, one assist, two steals and a block in a 65-64 win over Slovenia. Kirilenko came back down to earth in this one, but his final line was still versatile enough that he still contributed across the board. It looks like he's playing with increased motivation, and he's delivering efforts like we've seen from him in the past as a result. Timofey Mozgov had just five points and two rebounds in 15 minutes.
