Andrei Kirilenko (quad) is unlikely to play Friday against the Knicks.
Kirilenko missed Wednesday's game after straining his left quad Monday against the Blazers. Owners will want to check back after shootaround Friday, but it sounds doubtful he suits up. If Kirlenko is out again, Mickael Gelabale, who played 33 minutes Wednesday, could pick up most of the slack up front again.

Andrei Kirilenko will not play on Wednesday against the Spurs due to a quad strain.
Already without Kevin Love (thumb), the Wolves will have to rely on Nikola Pekovic on the interior as well as both Dante Cunningham and Derrick Williams to pick it up. Mickael Gelabele should also see extended minutes on the wing, while Rick Adelman will likely use plenty of three-guard lineups that include Ricky Rubio, Alexey Shved, Luke Ridnour and J.J. Barea.

Andrei Kirilenko (quad) is questionable to play on Wednesday.
He might wind up being a game-time call considering he's already being slapped with the questionable tag. It wouldn't surprise us to see AK-47 sit for at least one game, and if he were to do that, it would likely push Derrick Williams, Dante Cunningham and Mickael Gelabele into more minutes.

Andrei Kirilenko injured his left leg in the second quarter of Monday's game against the Blazers and went to the locker room.
The trainers were looking at either his lower quad or the upper part of his knee and he walked back to the locker room under his own power. AK-47 has dealt with a slew of back injuries, but this is his first knee problem in the NBA since 2011. We'll update you when we know more.

Andrei Kirilenko left Saturday's game with blood running down his face.
He was cut over his eye during play and likely headed to the locker room for stitches. We'd be surprised if he didn't return tonight.

Andrei Kirilenko led the short-handed Wolves on Wednesday with 15 points, six rebounds, four assists and one steal in 41 minutes.
Minnesota lost at home to the Nets, but AK's terrific season continued unabated. He recently became the 15th player in NBA history to rack up career totals of at least 2,000 assists, 1,000 steals and 1,000 blocks, and he even leads the Wolves with 40 dunks this season, proof that he has some spring left in his step.

Andrei Kirilenko said that he intends to remain with the Timberwolves next season.
Kirilenko has a player option he could exercise to hit free agency, but he doesn't sound likely to do it at this time. "I'm going to stay in the NBA for sure," he said. "I like Minnesota and I like [head coach] Rick Adelman." Kirilenko has been a very nice addition for Minny this season, averaging 13.6 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.2 blocks on 51.5 percent shooting.

Andrei Kirilenko had his seventh double-double of the season with 21 points and 11 boards, adding two assists and three steals in 42 minutes against the Rockets.
The 42 minutes were the most he's played in over two months and it's something he'll have to get used to with the Wolves missing bodies all over the place. AK-47 should put up some eye-popping numbers, but hopefully his ailing back doesn't come back to bite him.

Andrei Kirilenko shot 7-of-12 from the field for 12 points, adding five boards, two assists, four steals and one 3-pointer against the Clippers on Thursday.
He's been an efficient force on offense this year, shooting a career-high 51.4 percent from the field due largely to getting a career-high 5.1 attempts at the rim per game. AK-47's defense has always been the bread and butter for fantasy owners and he should be in all lineups.

Andrei Kirilenko (illness) is expected to play on Thursday.
Kirilenko missed Wednesday's practice with an illness, but he's feeling better and should be in the starting lineup on Thursday against the Clippers.
