Peralta (side tightness) is at risk of missing Wednesday's scheduled start, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. Peralta exited Friday's game against the Braves due to side tightness, but was optimistic that he wouldn't have to miss a turn in the rotation as a result. That notion may no longer hold true, however, as he isn't considered "a sure thing" for that start anymore. Peralta is one of the few consistent options in the Milwaukee starting rotation, so his loss, in any capacity, would be a tough hit for a team that is shallow at the position.

Peralta (side tightness) will play catch Sunday, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. The right-hander said he felt "a little better" Saturday, a day after leaving a start after four scoreless innings with left side tightness. Peralta is hoping he won't have to miss a turn in the rotation, but he'll likely need to complete a bullpen session in the coming days to get the green light to toe the rubber.

Peralta left Friday's game against Atlanta after four innings with left side tightness. Peralta seemed to be in a groove before being lifted for a pinch hitter, allowing one hit and two walks over four scoreless frames, but evidently he was battling through some side tightness. Consider Peralta day-to-day and questionable to make his next start until more information becomes available.

Peralta was lifted for a pinch hitter in the fourth inning of Friday's game, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. It wasn't obvious that something was ailing Peralta and the Brewers have not yet issued a statement, but it seems he's dealing with an injury of some kind given the circumstances. The Brewers were leading 9-0 against the Braves when Peralta left the game.

Peralta struck out four and walked one while holding the White Sox to two runs on six hits over six innings Monday night. He did not factor in the decision. The Brewers' bullpen coughed up a five-run lead following Peralta's exit, while Jonathan Broxton was credited with the victory despite giving up two runs on four hits in his lone inning. Peralta has been quietly chipping away at his ratios since back-to-back rough starts against the Cardinals and Reds in mid-April. He's scheduled to make his next start Sunday against the Mets at Citi Field.

Peralta pitched eight innings of two run ball on Wednesday in a 6-3 win against the Dodgers. Peralta gave up two runs on seven hits, striking out six batters without walking anyone. After getting terrible run support up to this point, Peralta finally got help from the offense to earn his first win of the season. He's been much better than his 1-4 record speaks.

Peralta allowed just one run on eight hits, walking two and striking out six over six innings in a 1-0 loss to the Cubs on Friday. This marked Peralta's best start of the season as he gave up just one run over six innings. Peralta got banged around early, but settled in after a couple of innings. Unfortunately for him, the Brewers offense couldn't provide him any run support. Peralta brought his ERA down to 4.35 and he'll look to improve on it at home against the Dodgers in his next start.

Peralta faltered late Monday, ultimately allowing six runs over seven innings of work against the Reds. Peralta didn't allow a run through five innings, but was hurt by home runs from Zack Cozart and and Joey Votto in the sixth and seventh innings. The righty has had a bit of trouble early in the season, registering a 5.68 ERA to go with his 0-2 record. His next start will come against the Cardinals this weekend.

Peralta gave up four runs on 10 hits with a strikeout and a walk over five innings Wednesday in a loss to the Cardinals. Peralta was only six pitches in when the Cardinals took a 2-0 lead. Matt Carpenter singled and Jason Heyward doubled before Matt Holliday singled them in. The Cardinals scored again in the fourth when Jhonny Peralta, Jon Jay and Yadier Molina had successive singles before Carpenter doubled Molina in. It was only the second time that Peralta gave up 10+ hits in his career. His next start will be Monday against Cincinnati.

Peralta allowed seven hits and two runs over seven innings while striking out two and walking none in a no-decision Wednesday against the Rockies. It was a quality start for Peralta, but he couldn't pick up the win as he allowed a solo home run to Corey Dickerson with one out in the seventh.
