EDGE Analysis
Corbin will toe the rubber Tuesday following the postponement, though Washington is likely to require a spot starter later in the week, per Jesse Dougherty of The Washington Post. Monday's matchup will be made up Wednesday as part of a doubleheader.

Corbin (5-5) took the loss Tuesday, surrendering seven runs on six hits and two walks over five-plus innings while striking out five as the Nationals were downed 7-5 by the White Sox.
EDGE Analysis
The southpaw has been in a tailspin since he tossed a shutout against the Marlins in late May, losing three straight starts and getting tagged for 16 runs and four homers over 12.2 innings with a 13:7 K:BB during that stretch. Corbin will try to turn things around in his next outing Monday, at home against the Phillies.

Corbin (5-4) was hit with the loss against the Padres on Thursday, giving up five runs (three earned) on five hits over five innings, striking out six and walking five as the Nationals fell 5-4.
EDGE Analysis
After giving up six earned to the Reds in his last start, Corbin had another rough outing against the Padres, although two of the runs against him were unearned due to a fielding error by Anthony Rendon. The main culprit in this contest was his lack of control, as the left-hander issued a season-high five free passes. His numbers are still solid on the whole, as he's sporting a 3.59 ERA, a 1.20 WHIP and an 89:27 K:BB through 80.1 innings. He'll look to get on track in his next start, which will see him take on the White Sox in a Tuesday road matchup.

Corbin (5-3) yielded eight runs (six earned) on 11 hits while striking out two over 2.2 innings Friday night in a loss to the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
Corbin was roughed up from the start, surrendering five runs on seven hits in his first inning of work. Things didn't get much better for the southpaw in the third inning, as he would allow three more runs prior to being lifted with 65 pitches. The 29-year-old was coming off his best outing of the 2019 campaign, tossing a complete game shutout against the Marlins on Saturday, but he evidently couldn't carry his previous success into Friday's start. Despite a disastrous night, he owns a 3.46 ERA and 1.14 WHIP with an 83:22 K:BB over 75.1 frames this season.

Corbin (5-2) hurled his second career shutout in Saturday's 5-0 win over the Marlins, scattering four hits and a walk while striking out five.
EDGE Analysis
Miami didn't even get a runner into scoring position until the eighth inning, and the Nats turned three double plays behind Corbin to erase the few threats the Marlins did manage. The left-hander lowered his ERA to 2.85 with the performance, and he'll take an 81:22 K:BB through 72.2 innings into his next start Friday in Cincinnati.

Corbin (4-2) took the loss Monday as the Nationals dropped a 5-3 decision to the Mets, allowing four runs on six hits and three walks over five innings while striking out seven.
EDGE Analysis
The southpaw has faced the Mets four times already this season, and this was the first time he failed to record a quality start against them. Corbin will take a 3.25 ERA and 76:21 K:BB through 63.2 innings into his next outing Saturday, at home against the Marlins.

Corbin (4-1) gave up one run on four hits and one walk while striking out 11 through eight innings taking the win over the Mets on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Corbin only allowed five baserunners as he cruised to his fourth win. The 29-year-old was dominant, generating 18 swinging strikes including 12 on his slider. He has been on a tremendous run, posting quality starts in eight of his nine outings this season. Corbin will look to stay hot in his next start Monday against the Mets.

Corbin (3-1) scattered three hits over seven shutout innings against the Dodgers on Thursday, striking out eight and walking four in a 6-0 victory for the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
It was a sterling effort from the left-hander, who picked up his third win of the season after blanking the Dodgers over seven frames. Corbin was blown up for six runs in five innings by the Cardinals on April 29, but he's now tossed quality starts in all of his trips to the mound this season aside from that one, giving him a 3.20 ERA, a 1.11 WHIP and a 58:17 K:BB through 50.2 innings.

Corbin allowed three runs on six hits with six strikeouts and three walks across six innings in a no-decision against the Phillies on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
The Nationals and Phillies bullpens yielded 12 combined runs, as neither starter factored into the decision. Corbin looked better in this outing that his last one, where he yielded a season-high six runs, but he still walked three batters. Corbin has allowed seven free passes in his last 11 innings. Overall, he is 2-1 with a 3.71 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 50 strikeouts in 43.2 innings.

Corbin (2-1) took the loss Monday, coughing up six runs on six hits and four walks over five innings while striking out five as the Nationals fell 6-3 to the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
The southpaw was cruising through four innings, but after he served up a one-out homer to Harrison Bader in the fifth, the wheels came off completely. Corbin had only walked six batters in 32.2 innings against 39 strikeouts coming into Monday, so don't read too much into this bout of wildness. He'll take a 3.58 ERA into his next start Saturday, on the road against the Phillies.
