Minor (7-4) allowed one run on three hits with four walks and three strikeouts across eight innings to earn a victory against the Indians on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
He didn't rack up many strikeouts, and Minor didn't showcase much better control than he did in his last start when he walked a season-high four batters. But owners have to love Minor lasting eight innings for the first time since May 3, and he gave up one or fewer runs for the fifth occasion in his last 10 outings. Minor had a decent April as well, and as a result, he's experiencing the best statistical season of his career. He is 7-4 with a 2.52 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 103 strikeouts in 103.2 innings. Minor will look to keep it going in his next outing at the Tigers on Wednesday.

Minor (6-4) earned the win Saturday versus the Reds by allowing three runs on four hits across 6.1 innings. He struck out six and walked four.
EDGE Analysis
Minor certainly didn't have his best command Saturday -- the four walks issued represent a new season high -- but he managed to keep the Reds off the board besides a pair of home runs. The 31-year-old has a 2.63 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 99:32 K:BB through 95.2 innings and lines up to face the Indians on Thursday.

Minor gave up two runs on four hits and two walks while striking out six through eight innings in a no-decision against the Red Sox on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
After giving up a leadoff walk and a two-run home run to start the game, Minor cruised through a masterful performance and was in line for the win until Shawn Kelley coughed up the lead in the ninth. The Rangers eventually won anyway in 11 innings. Minor has ramped up the strikeouts over the last four starts, posting a 12.3 K/9. The 31-year-old is having a nice season, posting a 5-4 record with a 2.52 ERA through 14 starts. Minor will look to keep it going in his next start Saturday against the Reds at Great American Ball Park.

Minor allowed seven hits and two walks while striking out seven across 5.2 scoreless innings Wednesday against the Orioles. He did not factor into the decision.
EDGE Analysis
While Minor surrendered seven hits, none went for extra bases, allowing him to record his fourth scoreless start of the campaign. He further took advantage of the positive matchup by generating 18 swinging strikes and 16 called strikes, racking up seven or more strikeouts for the seventh time this season. He's been one of the most positive surprise performers this season, compiling a 2.74 ERA and 1.19 WHIP with 80 strikeouts across 75.2 innings. He'll look to keep things going in his next start, though he'll get a tougher matchup against the Red Sox at Fenway Park on Monday.

Minor (5-4) punched out eight against the Royals on Thursday but was charged with the loss after allowing three runs on eight hits and two walks through five innings of work.
EDGE Analysis
Minor delivered a solid effort but unfortunately his offense couldn't provide enough support. Of course, his season-high tying eight hits allowed also leaves plenty of room for improvement. Even still, the left-hander has allowed three runs or fewer in seven consecutive starts and owns a 2.74 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 80:24 K:BB. Up next, Minor will face Baltimore on Wednesday in a favorable home matchup.

Minor pitched six innings and allowed one run on five hits and two walks, striking out five batters and taking a no-decision in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Angels.
EDGE Analysis
The only blemish on Minor's line was a third-inning solo shot by Kole Calhoun. Minor has allowed three runs or less in nine of his 11 starts this season. The 31-year-old has a 2.55 ERA and 1.13 WHIP with 72 strikeouts over 70.2 innings. He carries a 5-3 record into his next scheduled start, which is set for Thursday versus the Royals.

Minor (5-3) picked up the win in Monday's 10-9 victory over the Mariners, allowing two runs on six hits and a walk over six innings while striking out 11.
EDGE Analysis
The Rangers bullpen nearly cost Minor the win after he exited the game with a seemingly secure 7-2 lead. It was the southpaw's sixth quality start in 10 trips to the mound, and the second time he's whiffed double-digit batters. Minor will take a 2.64 ERA and 67:20 K:BB through 64.2 innings into his next outing Saturday, on the road against the Angels.

Minor (4-3) picked up the win Wednesday, giving up one run on eight hits and two walks over five innings while striking out three in a 6-1 victory over the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
The southpaw wasn't particularly sharp, throwing 54 of 90 pitches for strikes, but the Rangers backed him with three homers. Minor will carry a 2.61 ERA and 56:19 K:BB through 58.2 innings into his next start Monday, at home against the Mariners.

Minor (3-3) was hit with the loss against the Astros on Thursday, giving up seven hits and three earned runs over five innings, striking out five and walking three as the Rangers fell 4-2.
EDGE Analysis
Minor didn't have his sharpest command, as he walked three batters and needed 102 pitches to make it through five innings, but he emerged with a respectable final line in the losing effort. The 31-year-old is off to a solid start to the season, as he's currently sporting a 2.68 ERA and a 1.04 WHIP to go along with 53 strikeouts in 53.2 innings. He'll take the mound next on the road against the Royals on Wednesday.

Minor allowed seven hits and two walks while striking out nine over eight scoreless innings in a no-decision against the Blue Jays on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Minor was excellent yet again, but Trent Thornton matched zeroes through seven and Toronto ultimately won 1-0 in 12 innings. The left-hander got 19 called strikes and 12 swinging strikes, and now has 22 strikeouts against three walks in his last two starts. The Rangers took some measures to limit Minor last year during his transition back to a starting role after he spent 2017 in the bullpen, but the reins are off; Minor has thrown 100-plus pitches in three of his last four starts. He'll face a tough test in Houston next week.
