Michael Bourn went 2-for-4 against the Giants on Sunday. Bourn has been hot at the plate in recent days, as he's got 10 hits in his last 23 at-bats. It's part of a seven-game hitting streak that's got his average up to .295. He's still not stealing bases at a rapid pace -- he's got two in five attempts thus far -- but that may come as his hamstring continues to feel better.

Michael Bourn went 3-for-5 with a two-run triple on Wednesday, but he was also caught stealing twice. The good news is that Bourn has attempted five steals in seven games since coming off the disabled list last week. The bad is that he's been caught on three of those. Still, he'll have a lot more fantasy value if he keeps running. Last year, he attempted just 35 steals in 130 games, a far cry from his peak of 75 and a big drop from the 65 he attempted in 155 games in 2012.

Michael Bourn is not in the Indians starting lineup for Saturday's contest against the Blue Jays. Bourn, who returned this week from a hamstring injury, is just 1-for-13 (.077) with five strikeouts and a stolen bases in his first three games. It's likely just a day to rest and clear his head, and he's expected to return to the lineup for Sunday's series finale.

Indians activated OF Michael Bourn from the 15-day disabled list. As expected. Bourn tweaked his surgically-repaired left hamstring during spring training and was forced to begin the season on the disabled list, but he's back to 100 percent and made it through a rehab stint without any issues. Get him active in your fantasy lineup.

Michael Bourn (hamstring) is expected to be activated from the disabled list on Tuesday, April 15. He will play in one more minor league rehab game with Triple-A Columbus on Sunday before rejoining the club. His return could spell the end of Nyjer Morgan, who has been filling in atop the Indians lineup in his absence.

Indians manager Terry Francona indicated Thursday that Michael Bourn (hamstring) is likely to be activated from the disabled list on April 15. Francona said that Bourn being activated on Sunday is a possibility, but it's more likely that the club will wait until Tuesday after Monday's day off. The speedy outfielder has been with Triple-A Columbus for a week but has played in just two rehab games so far because of wet conditions.

Michael Bourn (hamstring) will play a rehab game with Triple-A Columbus on Tuesday. Bourn has been with Columbus since last Thursday but has only been able to play in one rehab game due to wet conditions. He'll likely need to play a couple more games before being activated, so don't expect him to rejoin the Indians until the weekend.

Michael Bourn (hamstring) had another rehab game with Triple-A Columbus rained out Monday. Bourn has been with Columbus since last Thursday but has only been able to play in one rehab game. He's expected to need 2-3 more contests to test out his left hamstring before being activated, so it appears he won't be back in the Indians' lineup until this weekend.

Michael Bourn (hamstring) reported to Triple-A Columbus on Thursday to begin a rehab assignment. Indians manager Terry Francona said at the end of spring training that Bourn should be ready to return from the disabled list as soon as he's eligible. That would be this Saturday. The speedy outfielder dealt with hamstring issues for most of March and might not be a great bet for stolen bases in the early going.

Indians manager Terry Francona said Monday that Michael Bourn (hamstring) could be activated from the disabled list as soon as Saturday, the first day he's eligible. Bourn, who first injury his hamstring on March 16, could go out on a short rehab assignment when Triple-A Columbus begins their season on Saturday. It sounds like that might be the only rehab game he needs. "We're going to talk to Bourny when we get back," Francona said. "I just know, when look at the reports and I see him doing well, I feel good, because that means he'll be back. Whether he's back on the day or a day late, that's not the end of the world."
