Lewis was promoted to Double-A Arkansas on Saturday in the wake of Braden Bishop's season-ending forearm injury, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
One silver lining in Bishop's unfortunate circumstances is the opportunity for his fellow prospect to make the jump to the Double-A level for the first time. Lewis was slashing .260/.303/.429 across 211 plate appearances at High-A Modesto, and he went 2-for-3 with a walk, RBI and two runs while also getting hit by a pitch in his Travelers debut against Springfield on Saturday night.

Lewis went 4-for-5 with five RBI from a three-run home run and a two-run shot and scored three runs overall in High-A Modesto's win over Stockton on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
The promising prospect's four total hits were a career high, while both his home run and RBI total matched career bests. Lewis is starting to hit his stride after missing more than the first month of the season with a knee injury, and factoring in Monday's production, he's now slashing .302/.327/.509 across 55 plate appearances.

General manager Jerry Dipoto said Lewis (knee) is scheduled to begin a game progression at extended spring training Wednesday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis continues to make solid progress in his recovery from a February knee scope, and the top prospect remains on track to join a minor-league affiliate sometime in May. While he possesses enticing physical tools, injuries have limited the 22-year-old to just 38 games above rookie ball.

The Mariners are hopeful that Lewis (knee) will be ready for game action in early May, MLB.com's Mike Rosenbaum reports.
EDGE Analysis
He had his right knee scoped in February to address lingering pain stemming from his surgery to repair a torn ACL in July of 2016. While Lewis has appealing physical tools when healthy, he has missed so much developmental time due to this chronic knee issue that his prospect stock has slipped considerably. He turns 23 in July and has only played 38 games above rookie ball.

General Manager Jerry Dipoto said Lewis had a scope on his right knee, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
This is another tough break for Lewis, who just can't seem to stay healthy. In two seasons as a pro, the 22-year-old has appeared in just 81 games due to recurring knee issues stemming from ACL surgery he underwent in July of 2016. The hope is that Lewis, who underwent the procedure some 10 days ago, will be back on the field near the end of April, though the team will obviously proceed cautiously with the injury-prone outfielder.

General manager Jerry Dipoto said he expects Lewis (knee) to be fully ready for spring training, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis is continuing to rehab the knee issue that forced him out of the Arizona Fall League at the end of October. Barring any setbacks, he should be fully healthy heading into next season. The highly touted 22-year-old will look to bounce back in 2018 after appearing in just 38 games and hitting .255/.323/.403 with High-A Modesto last season.

An MRI on Lewis' knee revealed no new structural damage, Shannon Drayer of 710 ESPN Seattle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis, who was playing in the Arizona Fall League, was sent back to Seattle to visit team doctors after he felt something in his structurally repaired knee during one of the games. Thankfully it wasn't anything serious, though the Mariners won't send him back to the AFL as they believe he would benefit more from extra rehab and strength work. The highly regarded 22-year-old will look to head into 2018 fully healthy after appearing in just 38 games with High-A Modesto last season due to a lingering knee issue, hitting .255/.323/.403.

Lewis, 22, is hitting .264/.331/.426 with six home runs, 23 RBI and two steals in just 33 games at High-A this season.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis missed extended time due to a nagging right knee issue stemming from surgery performed last July, thus limiting his on-field production in 2017. His upside remains extremely high, but Lewis will have to prove he is healthy heading into the 2018 campaign.

Lewis (knee) is back in the lineup for High-A Modesto on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis exited Monday with knee soreness, but didn't suffer any structural damage and will be good to go for Wednesday's contest against San Jose. Following a return from knee surgery that he underwent in July of 2016, Lewis is hitting .368/.429/.842 with three home runs and seven RBI in six games for Modesto this season.

Lewis was removed from Monday's game with High-A Modesto due to knee soreness, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Though Lewis was forced to exit the game, the team is saying that there is no structural damage to the knee and his removal was simply due to soreness. It sounds like the top prospect won't be sidelined for long, but we'll have to wait for more information to be revealed after he is reevaluated Tuesday. He'll be listed as day-to-day.
