Rojas has been playing shortstop and second base during spring training games, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.

"He's getting a lot of his time as an infielder because I only was able to evaluate him prior to this year as an outfielder," manager Torey Lovullo said. "I do feel better, but I couldn't say why that is." The Arizona native has hit safely in six straight games, going 10-for-22 with two home runs, two doubles, six runs and six RBI.

Rojas went 4-for-5 with a double, a solo home run, two RBI and three runs scored in Monday's 14-7 win over the Padres.
