EDGE Analysis

While Bader has cooled off somewhat since his incredibly hot start in Double-A, he has still been having a very solid season. He's now hitting .308/.370/.534 in his second professional season. Looking for negatives, Bader has gone just 8-for-18 on stolen base attempts this season, though that seems easily correctable by simply being more selective in picking his spots to try and steal.

Bader, 21, is hitting .361/.411/.529 with five home runs, 17 RBI and four steals through 29 games for Double-A Springfield.

EDGE Analysis

A third round pick in last year's draft, Bader skipped High-A outright yet has not shown any signs of being overmatched. His plate discipline has not been ideal, but that's nitpicking when hitting .361 on the year.
