Kremer (forearm) played catch Sunday and will do so again Tuesday, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer had to be lifted from his last start against the Dodgers with right forearm soreness. An MRI came back clean, and while he will miss his next turn in the rotation, the hope remains that he could avoid a stint on the 15-day injured list.

Kremer's MRI on his right forearm came back clean, though he'll miss his next start, Danielle Allentuck of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer exited Friday's start against the Dodgers after three innings due to right forearm discomfort. A subsequent MRI returned negative, but Kremer is going to have his next turn skipped. If the veteran hurler feels okay after resuming throwing, however, he could avoid an IL stint.

Kremer underwent an MRI on his right forearm Saturday and will meet with team doctors to determine if he'll need to be placed on the 15-day injured list, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer was removed from Friday's start against the Dodgers after tossing three no-hit innings. If Kremer needs to head to the injured list, interim manager Tony Mansolino said Chayce McDermott will be activated from the taxi squad.

Kremer left Friday's start against the Dodgers after three innings due to forearm discomfort, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports. The right-hander had struck out four and walked one over three scoreless, no-hit innings before exiting.
EDGE Analysis
The Orioles went on to win the game on a walk-off homer by Samuel Basallo, but Kremer's injury overshadowed the rookie's heroics. Per Jake Rill of MLB.com, interim manager Tony Mansolino indicated after the game that Kremer believes the issue is a minor one, but the team will have a better idea whether he'll be able to make his next start after getting imaging done Saturday. Kremer had coughed up 14 runs (13 earned) in eight innings over his prior two outings, so he may have been attempting to pitch through the discomfort since late August.

Kremer (9-10) allowed seven runs on nine hits and two walks while striking out one over three innings to take the loss versus the Giants on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer had a terrible first inning for the second outing in a row, as the Giants were able to get to him for four runs in the opening frame. He wasn't able to settle in, giving up two more runs in the second and another run in the third before his exit. Kremer showed promise with a pair of strong starts in mid-August, but he's allowed 14 runs (13 earned) in eight innings over his last two starts to wash out that progress. For the season, he has a 4.52 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 128:40 K:BB through 155.1 innings over 27 appearances (26 starts). Kremer is tentatively projected to make his next start at home versus the Dodgers as the Orioles move to a six-man rotation with the return of Tyler Wells (elbow).

Kremer did not factor into the decision in Saturday's 9-8 loss to the Astros, allowing seven runs (six earned) on seven hits and one walk with four strikeouts over five innings.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer was mostly undone by a nightmare first inning, in which he surrendered five runs on three homers. It continued what has been an up-and-down season for the 29-year-old, who's delivered eight quality starts but also allowed five earned runs or more in eight of his 26 outings. He'll carry a 4.19 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 127:38 K:BB across 152.1 innings into a home matchup with the Red Sox next week.

Kremer (9-9) yielded three hits and a walk over seven scoreless frames, striking out seven and earning a win over Houston.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer faced little pushback from the Astros' lineup and did not give up an extra-base hit. He set new career highs in total pitches (114) and swinging strikes (21) in the dominant outing. Of those 21 whiffs, eight came via the splitter. Kremer has allowed just one run over 15 innings in his last two outings, lowering his season ERA from 4.35 to 3.97 in the process. He's produced a 123:37 K:BB through 147.1 innings and a 19:3 K:BB over his last three appearances. Kremer is projected for a home rematch with the Astros next weekend.

Kremer (8-9) took the loss Tuesday, allowing one run on five hits and one walk over eight innings as the Orioles were downed 1-0 by the Mariners. He struck out six.
EDGE Analysis
The right-hander put together one of his best performances of the season, completing eight innings for the first time as he dialed up his seventh quality start of the year on 101 pitches (67 strikes). Seattle squeezed a run across in the top of the first inning, however, and Baltimore's bats couldn't solve George Kirby and the M's bullpen. Kremer hasn't gotten into the win column since the All-Star break, but he hasn't pitched poorly, posting a 3.94 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 28:9 K:BB over five starts and 32 innings. He'll try to end his winless streak in his next outing, which is scheduled to come on the road this weekend in Houston.

Kremer (8-8) took the loss Tuesday against the Phillies, allowing four runs on eight hits and a walk while striking out six in six innings.
EDGE Analysis
Four of the eight hits allowed by Kremer went for extra bases, including a two-run homer in the second inning by Max Kepler. Still, Kremer was able to settle in thereafter, allowing one run over his final four innings. He's now pitched at least five frames in all but three of his 23 appearances this season and has become a reliable innings eater for the Orioles this season. Kremer owns a 4.35 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 110:35 K:BB in 132.1 innings and lines up for a home meeting with the Mariners next week.

Kremer didn't factor into the decision in Wednesday's 9-8 loss to the Blue Jays, giving up three runs on six hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out five.
EDGE Analysis
The right-hander was surprisingly taken deep by Myles Straw for a two-run homer in the second inning, but otherwise Kremer was fairly effective over his 87 pitches (56 strikes). He's allowed three runs or fewer in six of his last eight starts, posting a 3.06 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 43:13 K:BB through 47 innings over that stretch. He faces another tough test in his next outing, which is scheduled to come on the road early next week in Philadelphia.
