Kremer (forearm) is listed as the probable pitcher for Friday's game against the Rays, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer took a line drive off of his forearm in his start Saturday against the Rockies. It was originally expected that he would miss a turn through the rotation, but he's since thrown a bullpen session and will now be ready to go to open the Orioles' series against the Rays. Given that it's been only six days since Kremer has pitched, he should be able to handle a normal workload.

Kremer (forearm) threw a bullpen session Tuesday, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer has progressed more quickly than expected after exiting his last start over the weekend when a liner hit his right forearm. Orioles manager Brandon Hyde previous had indicated it was unlikely that Kremer would be ready for his next turn Friday versus the Rays, but it appears it hasn't been ruled out. The club will see how Kremer feels Thursday before making a determination.

Kremer (forearm) played catch Tuesday but is unlikely to make his next scheduled start, Steve Melewski of MASNSports.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer had to be removed from his last outing Saturday in Colorado after being struck on the right forearm by a liner. The swelling has subsided enough to allow Kremer to throw, but it sounds like he will not be ready for his next turn Friday against the Rays. The Orioles have an off day Thursday, so they could push everyone up a day. Giving a spot start to Cole Irvin or another pitcher is also an option.

Kremer was diagnosed with right forearm contusion following his exit from Saturday's game against the Rockies, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer was hit by a line drive from Jordan Beck in the fourth inning. Kremer left the game with significant swelling on his right forearm, but the subsequent X-rays did not show a fracture. He'll undergo further testing Sunday, and how his arm responds over the next couple of days will dictate whether he will be able to pitch in his next start, which is currently pencilled for Friday against Tampa Bay.

Kremer took a line drive to his right wrist off the bat of Jordan Beck, and the 28-year-old pitcher was replaced by Keegan Akin. Kremer finished the contest allowing four runs on six hits and one walk while striking out three over 3.1 innings. His next start is slated for the Orioles' weekend series against the Rays starting Sept. 6.

Kremer allowed three runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out five over six innings in Sunday's loss to the Astros. He did not factor into the decision.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer held the Astros scoreless through three innings before they rallied for three runs against him in the fourth with five hits in the inning. Otherwise, Kremer posted a strong outing and put together his third straight quality start. The 28-year-old allowed nine runs in 9.1 innings in his first two starts this month but has rebounded with just five runs allowed over his last 18 innings. For the year, Kremer owns a 4.31 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 96:43 K:BB in 102.1 innings. He lines up to face the Rockies on the road over the weekend his next time out.

Kremer (6-9) earned the win Tuesday over the Mets, allowing one run on two hits and three walks over six innings. He struck out seven.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer was sharp again Tuesday, holding the Mets to a lone run on a Mark Vientos two-out double in the third inning. The 28-year-old Kremer has now won back-to-back starts, allowing just two runs over 13 innings in that span, after struggling to a 6.14 ERA in his previous six outings. Overall, Kremer's lowered his ERA to 4.30 on the year with a 1.26 WHIP and 91:41 K:BB across 96.1 innings. He's currently in line for a tough road matchup with the Dodgers early next week in his next start.

Kremer (5-9) picked up the win in Wednesday's 4-1 victory over the Nationals, allowing one run on five hits and two walks over six innings. He struck out three.
EDGE Analysis
The right-hander wasn't dominant, managing only six swinging strikes among his 92 pitches, but Kremer was able to ride a two-run homer from Gunnar Henderson in the first inning to his first win since July 3. Wednesday's quality start was only his second in his last 10 trips to the mound, with the other quality start coming with three unearned runs. Over that 10-start stretch, Kremer has stumbled to a 5.22 ERA, 1.54 WHIP and 47:22 K:BB in 50 innings. He'll try to build on Wednesday's momentum in his next outing, which lines up to come on the read early next week against the Mets.

Kremer (4-9) took the loss against Toronto on Thursday, allowing five runs on four hits and five walks while striking out six batters over 4.1 innings.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer fell behind 3-0 after one frame and never moved out of position to take the loss after that, as the bulk of Baltimore's runs came in a ninth-inning rally that fell just short. Poor control was partly to blame for Kremer's struggles, as he walked a season-high five batters, two of whom came around to score. Kremer has lost each of his past four decisions and has posted a 5.66 ERA along with a 17:11 K:BB across 20.2 frames during that span.

Kremer (4-8) yielded four runs on six hits and two walks over five innings Friday, striking out two and taking a loss against Cleveland.
EDGE Analysis
Kremer gave up a pair of runs in the second inning and two more in the fifth. He's 0-4 with a 5.40 ERA over his last five starts, completing at least six innings just once during that span. Kremer hasn't earned a win since July 3 when he returned from a stint on the injured list. He now owns a 4.39 ERA with a 75:31 K:BB through 15 starts and his next outing is currently lined up to be in Toronto.
