Dahl (ribs) went 2-for-6 with an RBI in a rehab game with Triple-A Albuquerque on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Dahl played the last two days with Albuquerque after playing two games with High-A Lancaster, and he went a combined 6-for-17 (.353) over those four contests. His bat looks good to go, and he figures to join the big club in the near future once the Rockies determine he has his playing legs under him.

Dahl (ribs) went 2-for-4 with a home run in a rehab game with High-A Lancaster on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Dahl saw his first game action of 2017 when he started his rehab assignment Wednesday, and he has picked up three hits in two games since. The Rockies have not provided a target date for him to rejoin the big club, but barring any setbacks he will almost certainly do so before July comes to a close.

Dahl (ribs) joined High-A Lancaster on a rehab assignment Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Dahl has been out the entire season due to a stress fracture in his rib cage, a problem that stems from an injury suffered in a minor league game all the way back in 2015. After hitting .315/.359/.500 in 63 games last season, it was assumed that Dahl would be part of Colorado's outfield of the future. Especially with Ian Desmond dealing with an injury, Dahl's talent would be a tremendous addition for the Rockies as they make a run for the playoffs and the National League West crown in the second half. A late July return is looking possible if all goes well in the rehab assignment.

Dahl (ribs) resumed hitting off a tee last week and is said to be making steady progress in his recovery, but remains without a definitive timetable for his return, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Dahl said he hasn't experienced any pain in his rib cage in about a month, but the Rockies continue to proceed cautiously with the prized young outfielder, who has already endured multiple flareups of the injury this season that have delayed his return date. The rib stress fracture, which is believed to be related to the ruptured spleen he suffered during a violent outfield collision as a minor-leaguer in 2015, has kept the 23-year-old sidelined since early March and denied him the opportunity to stake his claim to a full-time role this season after hitting .315 over 63 games a rookie. With All-Star Charlie Blackmon manning center field and competent regulars in Ian Desmond and Carlos Gonzalez flanking him in left and right field, respectively, in most games this season, the Rockies have every incentive to take their time with Dahl.

Dahl (ribs) has begun hitting off a tee and is feeling no discomfort, Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post reports. "I haven't felt any pain in a month," he said. "That's really encouraging. I feel like my time is coming. I feel good and I've been doing a lot of rotational work. Hopefully this continues to go well."
EDGE Analysis
Dahl has tried a few times to return during his rehabilitation, only to have the injury flare up on him. The 23-year-old outfielder hit .315 with seven home runs and 24 RBI over 63 games as a rookie in 2016 while serving as the starting left-fielder for much of the second half of the season.

Dahl (ribs) was transferred to the 60-day disabled list Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Dahl remains without a timetable for his return as he continues to work back from a stress reaction in his rib cage, so the Rockies decided to shift him to the 60-day DL in order to free up a spot on the 40-man roster. Seeing as he's been sidelined longer than two months, he'll be eligible to return once he's healthy, whenever that may be. Mike Tauchman had his contract purchased from Triple-A in a corresponding roster move.

Dahl (ribs) still has no timetable for his return, the Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Rockies' left fielder has been on the DL since early spring training and doesn't appear to be nearing an imminent return. Dahl's ribs are gradually improving and he hasn't suffered a recent setback, but the slow progress over the last month isn't ideal as the All-Star break looms.

Dahl is still feeling discomfort in his ribs and will be sent to extended spring training to continue his recovery, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Dahl continues to recover from a stress fracture in his ribs he suffered in spring training and appears unable to begin a rehab assignment at this point. The 23-year-old had been steadily progressing in his exercise program, but he'll seek to ramp up his baseball activities before getting back into live action, something which may come closer to the start of July.

Dahl (ribs) recently took batting practice Tuesday and Wednesday and should receive a rehab assignment in the near future, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Fantasy players should pick up Dahl if he's available, even before the announcement of where he'll make his minor-league cameo. Assuming the team was pleased with these workouts and he goes through a few more days without incident, he could return sometime before the end of May.

Dahl (ribs) will take batting practice with the Rockies on Wednesday with the hope of ramping up baseball activities in the coming days, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
After suffering a setback earlier in the month, the young outfielder seems to be back on track and nearing a return to action. The Rockies are hoping that if all goes well with the uptick in activity this week, Dahl can embark on a rehab assignment next week. Most of this hinges on his ability to get through his scheduled program this week, so his status moving forward should gain some clarity in a few days.
