Since tossing five scoreless innings in his regular-season debut, Tillman has been knocked around pretty good. The right-hander owns a nasty 7.50 ERA, 2.06 WHIP and .358 BAA over his last four starts -- a span in which his average outing has lasted less than five innings. Coming off one of the best seasons of his eight-year career, Tillman simply doesn't look like himself in the early going.

Tillman (1-2) allowed five runs on seven hits and two walks across just 2.2 innings in Tuesday's loss to the Yankees. He struck out one.

He could eventually settle in as a solid arm in the middle of the rotation, but on the heels of his last few turns it would be tough to trust him for fantasy purposes in Sunday's matchup with the Red Sox.

However, he's a probably best viewed as a matchup-based option, and even then, expectations should be kept in check. Tillman has a daunting matchup against the Yankees on deck.
