Chris Tillman earned his first win of the season Saturday in the Orioles' 7-3 defeat of the A's.
Tillman surrendered seven hits and issued two walks, but he pitched around danger for the most part and wound up racking up seven strikeouts. The 25-year-old right-hander also looked pretty good Monday against the Blue Jays and might be settling in. He'll get the Angels next.

Chris Tillman yielded one run and four hits in 6 2/3 innings Monday in a no-decision against the Blue Jays.
Tillman remained winless in four starts, but he does seem to have things pointed in the right direction now. He remains a decent bet as a fifth or sixth starter in AL-only leagues.

Chris Tillman allowed four runs in five innings of the Orioles' loss to the Rays on Wednesday.
Tillman is still searching for his first quality start of the season, and Wednesday was mediocre at best. He did strike out six Rays batters, but he served up two home runs in his five innings. His next start will come against the Blue Jays on Monday.

Chris Tillman yielded two runs in 5 1/3 innings Thursday in a no-decision against the Red Sox.
Tillman rebounded well from last week's poor debut, striking out five and walking two. He gets a rather favorable matchup against the Rays next week, so AL-only leaguers should have him active.

Chris Tillman allowed five runs in just 3 2/3 innings Saturday against the Twins.
The 24-year-old was making his first start of the season, and he received a rude greeting from Twins batters. Tillman allowed four walks and seven hits, including a two-run homer to Chris Parmelee. His next start, Friday at Yankee Stadium, has potential to be a disaster as well.

Chris Tillman (abdomen) allowed just an unearned run over five innings Friday in the Orioles' 12-1 win over Manatee Community College.
Since it was technically an exhibition game, and not a Grapefruit League game, Tillman was allowed to pitch despite already having been placed on the DL. He's expected to be activated to start the Orioles' fifth game of the season on April 6.

Orioles placed RHP Chris Tillman on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to March 22, with a left abdominal strain.
He's fully expected to take the ball on April 6 unless he experiences a setback. Tillman has been limited to just two Grapefruit League appearances this spring, but he's appeared in minor league games so the club could backdate his DL stint. He remains an intriguing late-round option in fantasy leagues. The Orioles also reassigned Trayvon Robinson to minor league camp Thursday.

Orioles manager Buck Showalter said Thursday that Chris Tillman (abdomen) will start the fifth game of the season.
There's still a chance that Tillman will start the season on the disabled list, but because the Orioles have kept him on the minor league side, they would have the ability to backdate it and bring him back for the fifth game of the season. Showalter hasn't announced the final member of the starting rotation, but Jake Arrieta is the favorite.

The Orioles haven't decided whether Chris Tillman (abdomen) will begin the season on the disabled list.
Tillman threw four innings in a minor league game on Sunday, so the Orioles could backdate a potential stint on the disabled list. Abdominal soreness has prevented him from being as stretched out as the other pitchers in camp, so the safe play might be to give him some extra time to get ready.

Chris Tillman (abdomen) will return to Grapefruit League action on Sunday.
Tillman has been out nearly all month with some soreness in his left side, but he made it through three innings in a minor league game Tuesday without incident. Barring a setback, he'll be fine for Opening Day, and he offers appeal as a late-round fantasy option.
