Blackmon went 3-for-3 with a home run, a walk, four runs and three RBI in the Rockies' 19-2 win over the Diamondbacks on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Blackmon's production waned near the end of June as the Rockies completed a six-game road trip in California, but he has feasted since returning to Coors Field. During the Rockies' five home games so far in July, Blackmon has gone 10-for-20 with two long balls, seven runs and seven RBI. The Rockies have four more home games on tap before the All-Star break, so look for Blackmon to close the first half on a high note and prop up his .284 season average, which represents the outfielder's worst showing in the category since 2012.

Blackmon is out of the lineup Sunday against the Dodgers, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
There aren't any reports than an injury is in play for Blackmon, so his absence likely stems from his poor form at the plate of late. Blackmon has gone 4-for-28 over the past seven games and hasn't received an off day since May 15, so manager Bud Black decided the two-time All-Star could benefit from a breather. Raimel Tapia will cover center field with Blackmon on the bench.

Blackmon went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and a stolen base in a 6-4 win over the Mets on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
It was Blackmon's fifth stolen base this season and first since all the way back on May 14. He's also hit just three home runs during that same span. His slash line of .281/.363/.488 is strong, but a bit disappointing for someone of his caliber. Even hitting in the infamous Coors Field, Blackmon has hit just three of his 14 home runs in his home park so far.

Blackmon went 2-for-5 with a run and two RBI in Friday's loss to the Dodgers.
EDGE Analysis
Blackmon hit a two-run triple -- his third of the year -- off Dennis Santana in the second inning. This was Blackmon's fifth multi-hit effort in his last seven games, and he's now riding a nine-game hitting streak. The outfielder is slashing .279/.369/.515 with 21 extra-base hits and four stolen bases. Blackmon's 45 runs scored rank second in the NL behind Atlanta's Ozzie Albies.

Blackmon is not in the lineup Tuesday in San Diego.
EDGE Analysis
Blackmon had started every game since returning from a quad injury on April 14. On the season, he's hitting .275/.376/.549 with 11 homers and four steals in 37 games. David Dahl will get the start in center field Tuesday.

Blackmon went 3-for-6 with a triple and two runs scored in Friday's loss to the Brewers.
EDGE Analysis
Blackmon got his first triple of the season off starter Brandon Woodruff in the third, and the three-hit night improves his slash line to .285/.388/.585. The 31-year-old's 11 home runs and 31 runs scored both rank within the top-five among MLB outfielders. Blackmon is being his typical productive self.

Blackmon went 1-for-2 with two walks and a solo home run Tuesday against the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
Blackmon hit his 10th home run of the season to remain among the league leaders in the category. After hitting 24 of his 37 home runs at home last season, this was already his ninth on the road through just 64 at-bats. His production may not slow as the Rockies have played just 12 of their 31 games at home to this point, so he will have plenty of opportunity to take advantage of Coors Field coming up.

Blackmon went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 4-1 loss to the Marlins.
EDGE Analysis
The homer was his ninth, and while Blackmon's batting average remains below its usual standard -- he's hitting .259 (7-for-27) over the last week and .281 on the season -- due in large part to the Rockies' road-heavy schedule to date, he's made up for it with an April power binge.

Blackmon went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, three runs scored and an RBI on Sunday against the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
Blackmon continues to accumulate stats at a prolific rate and he benefited from a big offensive performance from the Rockies by scoring three runs. His home run came in the fifth inning off left-handed pitcher Jose Quintana, though he has remained dangerous at the plate without the platoon advantage in the past. With another series upcoming at Coors beginning Monday against the Padres, expect the big numbers from Blackmon to continue.

Blackmon is batting third Friday against the Cubs, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Blackmon has acted as the Rockies' leadoff hitter for much of the past few seasons, but he was moved to the three-hole recently to fill in for the suspended Nolan Arenado. With Arenado returning to the lineup Friday, manager Bud Black apparently liked what he saw from "Chuck Nasty" in the third spot in the order and will keep him there for now. This could be the start of a more longstanding change, which could result in more RBI opportunities for Blackmon, though his number of runs scored could take a dip now that he's not atop the order.
