Colome pitched a perfect ninth inning with two strikeouts to earn the save in Friday's 2-0 win over Cleveland.
EDGE Analysis
Colome was able to protect a 2-0 lead to earn his fourth save of the season. The 31-year-old closer has been dominant to start the year, allowing no runs and just six baserunners in six innings.

Colome gave up two hits and struck out one in a scoreless ninth inning Tuesday to notch his third save of the season in a 3-2 win over the Brewers.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran closer made things interesting by allowing consecutive two-out singles, but Colome then got Ben Gamel to ground out to first base to end the game. Colome has converted all three of his save chances to begin the season, posting a 0.00 ERA and 3:1 K:BB through five innings, but given that he's now worked on back-to-back nights he may be unavailable if another lead needs to be protected Wednesday.

Colome gave up a hit and struck out one in a scoreless ninth inning Monday to record his second save of the season in a 6-4 win over the Brewers.
EDGE Analysis
With Carlos Rodon (shoulder) exiting the game early, the White Sox ran through seven pitchers, but Colome provided his usual security at the back of the bullpen. The 31-year-old has posted a 0.00 ERA through four innings to begin the season while converting both his save chances.

Colome struck out one in a perfect ninth inning Friday to record his first save of the season in a 3-2 win over the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
The right-hander fired 16 pitches (12 strikes) in finishing off Kansas City, getting Adalberto Mondesi to swing through a 94 mph fastball to end the night. Colome has produced at least 30 saves or holds in each of the last four seasons, and while he won't reach that total in a shortened 2020 campaign, the 31-year-old quietly may be one of the safer closing options in the league.

Colome pitched a scoreless, final inning in Wednesday's 4-0 win over Cleveland. He allowed two hits and a walk.
EDGE Analysis
It was a non-save situation for Colome, who needed 31 pitches to seal the win for Chicago. It was the second straight day he's pitched, but with an off day Thursday, the White Sox's closer should be ready for their next game Friday at Kansas City.

Colome threw a scoreless inning against Cleveland in the nightcap of Tuesday's doubleheader.
EDGE Analysis
Colome is the closer, but he's not been needed to save any games for the 1-4 White Sox. Tuesday's appearance was his first of the season.

Colome has allowed seven runs on nine hits (three home runs) and one walk while striking out two over three spring appearances.
EDGE Analysis
Colome has allowed runs in all three of his appearances, but it doesn't mean a thing. He will open the season as the White Sox's closer after a successful first season in Chicago. He was 30-for-33 in save opportunities in 2019 and is one of the more stable closers entering 2020.

Colome and the White Sox avoided arbitration Friday by agreeing to a one-year, $10,532,500 deal, Jesse Sanchez of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Colome saved 30 games for the 72-win White Sox last season while posting a 2.80 ERA. He could be in line for a higher total this season after the team made several moves to be more competitive over the offseason, though Steve Cishek, who owns 132 career saves, is now available as an alternative should Colome get off to a poor start.

Colome (4-5) took the loss and was charged with the blown save after allowing three runs (two earned) on three hits over two-thirds of an inning in Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Tigers. He struck out one and did not issue a walk.
EDGE Analysis
Colome enter for the ninth inning and immediately had a baserunner reach on an error, followed by a single, a flyout and a three-run homer. It's the 30-year-old's third blown save of the season as he's recorded 30 saves with a 2.80 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and 55:23 K:BB through 61 innings.

Colome struck out the only batter he faced Wednesday to record his 30th save of the season in an 8-3 win over Cleveland.
