Claudio made his league-leading 76th appearance of the season in Tuesday's victory over the Marlins and recorded his 22nd hold.
EDGE Analysis
Claudio has been a workhorse all season for the Brewers, and that has not been any different of late, as he has already appeared in five games in September. Claudio struggled a bit early in the year and owned a 6.33 ERA after a May 28 appearance, but he has been stellar over the three-plus months since, posting a 2.19 ERA and 1.24 WHIP while giving up only two home runs in 37 innings over 47 appearances.

Claudio recorded the first out of the ninth inning and picked up his 18th hold of the season in Wednesday's 6-5 victory over the Twins.
EDGE Analysis
With Josh Hader struggling to keep the ball in the park of late, manager Craig Counsell got creative in a save situation Wednesday, turning to Claudio to retire the first batter of the inning -- which he did -- before turning to Matt Albers to seal the deal. Claudio does not figure to see many ninth-inning opportunities the rest of the way, but he should continue seeing work in key spots, given that he has allowed zero earned runs in 23 of 26 appearances dating back to June 18.

Claudio threw a scoreless sixth inning in Sunday's victory over the Diamondbacks.
EDGE Analysis
Claudio allowed three runners to reach base during his frame, but he was able to prevent any of them from crossing home plate and maintained a 4-4 tie. Claudio has been a workhorse in his first season with the Brewers and, despite it being a week since his previous outing, currently leads all pitchers with 53 appearances. He has been on a good run the last couple months, posting a 1.40 ERA and 1.29 WHIP in 19.1 innings over his last 24 appearances dating back to May 31.

Claudio recorded his second win of the season in Monday's victory over the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
Claudio retired all three batters he faced Monday, and he picked up the win when the Brewers scored five times their next time up and did not relinquish the lead. Claudio struggled a bit in the back half of May, allowing seven earned runs over a four-outing stretch, but he has turned things around, giving up just two earned runs in 14 innings (1.29 ERA) over 16 appearances dating back to May 31.

Claudio tossed a scoreless inning out of the bullpen in Tuesday's loss to the Padres.
EDGE Analysis
Claudio made his league-leading 39th appearance Tuesday and posted a zero in the run column for the eighth time in 10 outings. He has lowered his ERA from 6.33 to 4.99 in the process, but he has been a bit lucky over that span, as his WHIP on the season has actually risen from 1.36 to 1.40.

Claudio allowed two earned runs while recording just one out in Tuesday's loss to the Twins.
EDGE Analysis
Claudio owned a 3.72 ERA as recently as May 17, but he has allowed at least one earned run in four straight outings -- seven total earned runs over two innings -- and now sits with a 6.33 mark in the ERA department. Claudio is getting the job done against left-handed hitters, who have posted just a .552 OPS against him, but he has taken some lumps against righties, who have posted a 1.089 OPS against him to date. While Claudio is going through a rough stretch, he leads the league with 29 appearances, and manager Craig Counsell will continue to use him frequently, according to Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Claudio tossed two scoreless innings and recorded his seventh hold of the season in Monday's victory over the Rockies.
EDGE Analysis
Claudio made his league-leading 17th appearance Monday and allowed zero earned runs for the 13th time, lowering his ERA to 4.11 and WHIP to 1.11 in the process. His lack of strikeouts -- 11 in 15.1 innings -- and saves -- none in 2019 -- limits his fantasy value, but his durability and success to date should allow him to remain busy out of the Brewers' bullpen.

Claudio tossed a scoreless ninth inning in Tuesday's 8-4 victory over the Brewers.
EDGE Analysis
Manager Craig Counsell summoned Claudio for the final inning of Tuesday's contest in a non-save situation, and was able to lock up another victory for the Brewers. Claudio owns a 5.40 ERA on the season, but most of the damage came when he allowed three earned runs while picking up just one out Monday. He bounced back quickly, though, and has allowed just two earned runs over 8.0 innings in his 10 other appearances.

Claudio tossed 1.1 innings and allowed an earned run in Monday's victory over the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
Claudio pitched for the third time this season Monday and allowed a run to score for the first time. He has entered games in all of the fifth, sixth, and seventh innings thus far, which indicates he is not in the mix for saves for the Brewers at the moment.

Claudio tossed a scoreless inning of relief and struck out two batters in Saturday's split-squad game against the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
Claudio has allowed three earned runs over six innings (4.50 ERA) this spring, but he has allowed just six hits and has posted a 7:1 K:BB ratio. Claudio was acquired during the offseason to give the Brewers' a second quality lefty alongside Josh Hader, and figured to be used mainly in specific situations. However, he could find himself pitching in a more prominent role out of the gate, as the Brewers will be looking for late-inning options with Corey Knebel (elbow) and Jeremy Jeffress (shoulder) injured, and Claudio picked up 11 saves for the Rangers just two seasons ago, and 14 holds for the club last year.
