Lind is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
He's expected to occupy a platoon role at first base, so it's not much of a surprise that he'll take a seat against the left-handed Martin Perez. Dae-Ho Lee will fill in for Lind, batting eighth.

Lind (illness) is in the lineup for Saturday's split-squad game against the Diamondbacks, Bob Dutton of the Tacoma News Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
After spending a little time away with flu-like symptoms, Lind rejoined the team Thursday and is now slated to return to first base and the No. 5 spot the batting order. Lind homered and doubled Monday in his last spring game, giving him five extra-base hits in 16 at-bats. He is expected to be strictly platooned this season, starting exclusively against right-handed pitching.

Lind will sit out Wednesday's spring game due to illness, Bob Dutton of the Tacoma News Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lind is reportedly battling flu-like symptoms, as well as a fever, so he could miss a day or two beyond Wednesday. Regardless, the illness shouldn't hamper him for more than a week, at most.

Lind was traded to the Mariners on Monday, Jon Heyman of CBS Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
After losing Mark Trumbo, the Mariners were in search of a another first baseman to fill the void. It appears Adam Lind is the guy, though his splits would suggest he's a much better option against right-handed pitching (.291/.380/.503 with 20 home runs) than against southpaws (.221/.277/.298 with no homers). The veteran remains a solid defender, but could see a dip in production by moving to Seattle after playing his career in two hitter-friendly environments to this point.

Lind's $8 million contract option for 2016 was exercised by the Brewers on Tuesday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 32-year-old proved a bargain at his $7.5 million price tag for 2015, as he hit .277/.360/.460 with 20 homers, 87 RBI and a career-high 66 walks in 149 games. Lind made the decision to pick up his option an easy one for Milwaukee, though the club still figures to entertain offers for the first baseman's services over the winter.

Lind is not in the lineup Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Lind has started the last three games, so it looks to be just a typical day off for the 32-year-old. Jason Rogers will take over at first base and hit third in the lineup with Ian Kennedy set to take the mound against the Brewers.

EDGE Analysis
