I suggest banning proven cheaters (2 accounts in 1 league, dropping players, etc.) from Fleaflicker after the 1st offense. I have contacted FF a few times about this and they have told me they will look into it each time, and have never done anything. It seems like they think it will hurt reputation if they throw people out for cheating, even though it will actually help. All talk, no action -- and thats pissing me off since I have experienced a few leagues with cheaters lately.

My basketball league, which has been solid all year, just took a turn in the completely opposite direction. The commish looks like he has 2 accounts in the league and stacks 1 team. At first he tried to trade Steve Nash and another good player (cant remember) to the other team for Shaq and Eric Gordon, a completely ridiculous move. Luckily, it was vetoed so today he cuts Nash and Deron Williams from the bad team hoping to claim them. He most likely won't get either one, but is ruining the league. The commish has denied cheating, and even has other people in the league backing him up, which makes it even more suspicious.
Commish: phade2blaq Other team: phade33 (even that looks suspicious)
I've reported both players for cheating each time these moves were made, and nothing has happened and I don't know what is supposed to happen? Help please?
I understand this is an ongoing issue and you guys are doing you're best, and a great job at that. This is meant to a be helpful comment, not a complaint. Thanks.
I just checked the league and it looks like the checks and balances regarding any cheating and unfair play within the league is working. The trade was vetoed and it seems the message board is working well with everyone communicating (or trying to) at least. If you see anything suspicious going further, contact us at info@fleaflicker.com - from here on out, set your alerts to tell you when a trade is accepted by both parties and if something is fishy or does not seem right - contact us and we'll have a look into it. If need be, we can change commissioners. For now, we are not going to take action based on their user names alone - there are no obvious transactions within the past few days that we can take action against him/them on. If something arises in the future, let us know as soon as possible at info@fleaflicker.com so we can take care of it there.
