Our bench players are locked after their game starts. We do not have a waiver system in our league...
We normally allow our bench players to be unlocked even if their game starts.. Only the players in the Starting Lineup will be locked after their game starts..
I believe last year we had the option to keep our bench players unlocked..
Bench players should be locked once their team plays in most cases. The only exception is for leagues that allow player movement without using a waiver system (like a few people below have said).
