I contacted Fleaflicker admins a while back and got confirmation that a kick return TD or punt return TD will count for the TM only if I set the scoring to TM only for those specific categories (regardless if a position player owned by someone scores, i.e. Welker).
Welker fumbled tonight (scoring settings are -2 for lost fumble for all positions, including TM (I thought the special teams fumble would count against the TM not an individual player owned by someone)) on a PR and it counted against Welker instead of the Denver TM.... How do I change this (I have fumble lost applied to TM too)!?
Basically, how do I have the fumble lost count against the Denver TM and not Welker? We try to keep individual players out of special teams statistics.
My league has the same rule - kickoff or punt fumbles count on the TM not the individual who fumbled - and I have been manually correcting them for years.
Basically we agreed that if the real-life football play is a special teams play then whatever happens on that play counts in fantasy terms *only* for the TM position, no matter who the individual players might be.
So let me put in another vote asking for a way to differentiate fumbles that occur on a special teams play. Thanks for looking into it.

This is exactly why we do it.
