Daniel Paille has scored the game-winning goal in the past two games of the Stanley Cup Finals. He potted the winner in overtime in Game 2 and registered the first marker of the contest in Game 3's 2-0 shutout victory. Paille has been chipping in more offensively, with three points in his past two contests, since being moved up to Boston's third line with Chris Kelly and Tyler Seguin. Gregory Campbell's injury played a role in his promotion as well because if Campbell wasn't hurt in the Eastern Conference Finals then Paille would probably still be with him and Shawn Thornton on the fourth line. Paille has come through with some much-needed secondary offense in the series and has eight points in 19 playoff games.

Daniel Paille scored the first goal of the Boston Bruins' eventual 2-0 Game 3 win Monday night. Paille's speed and strong forecheck helped Boston set the tone from the very beginning. Right before he scored, the Bruins were swarming the Blackhawks in their zone, with Paille, Tyler Seguin and Chris Kelly ripping shots at Corey Crawford. The trio combined for a goal and two assists on the night and might have been Boston's best line in Game 3.

Daniel Paille's overtime winner in Game Two of the Stanley Cup Finals was the second marker of the game for the Bruins' newly-formed third line. Bruins coach Claude Julien put together the trio of Paille, Tyler Seguin and Chris Kelly prior to Game Two and the unit was responsible for both Boston goals in the 2-1 win. "It was just a hunch from a coach," Julien said. The season-ending injury to Gregory Campbell has forced the Bruins to make some changes to the alignment of their bottom six forwards, but for at least one game, the team was able to meet the challenge.

Daniel Paille sniped the game-winning goal in overtime for the Bruins in their 2-1 victory over the Blackhawks on Saturday night. And with that, the Stanley Cup Final is even at one game apiece. The Blackhawks owned the first period, but managed only one goal and Boston was able to find its stride as the game went along. Coach Claude Julien formed a Paille-Chris Kelly-Tyler Seguin line after the first period and it proved to be a big adjustment, as Chris Kelly also potted the team's first goal of the game in the second period. In addition to his second game-winner of the playoffs, Paille also had an assist on that goal. Adam McQuaid and Tyler Seguin picked up the assists on Paille's goal. Milan Lucic had 10 hits and Dennis Seidenberg had five blocked shots. This has the makings of a series that will easily go to seven games.

Daniel Paille notched a goal and an assist to lead Boston to a 2-1 Game 3 win over the New York Rangers. He picked up an assist on defenseman Johnny Boychuck's fourth marker of the playoffs and then he supplied the game-winning goal late in the third. The Bruins' fourth line wanted to contribute more offensively and they were the driving force behind Tuesday's victory. Shawn Thornton picked up two assists in the contest and Gregory Campbell had a helper of his own. Milan Lucic recorded five hits and Matt Bartkowski led the team with six. Boston now owns a commanding 3-0 series lead versus the Rangers.

Daniel Paille got clipped on his chin accidentally by the heel of Leo Komarov's skate blade in Game 6 on Sunday night. The Boston winger stayed in the game though and received treatment on the bench. Paille has a goal, an assist and 13 hits in six games in the quarterfinal against Toronto.

Daniel Paille scored his first goal of the playoffs Monday night. It was the team's fourth of the game and third of the second period, and it came shorthanded. Paille is both a solid penalty killer and bottom-six role player. These are the types of players that make a big difference in the playoffs, so it's obviously nice to see from Boston's standpoint that he was rewarded with a goal.

Daniel Paille is feeding the argument among Boston Bruins advocates that Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Dion Phaneuf set a questionable hit. Paille told CSNNE.com: "I haven't seen the video, but I know my head got hit. I'm not sure if it was shoulder or arm, or anything." The Bruins are comparing that check to the one that earned a suspension for teammate Andrew Ference, but to no avail.

Daniel Paille produced a goal and an assist in Wednesday night's emotional game against Buffalo. The Bruins hosted the Buffalo Sabres in a 3-2 shootout loss at TD Garden in the first major public gathering in the city since Monday's tragic and horrifying bombings at the Boston Marathon.
