Rivers (toe) was listed as a non-participant on Thursday's practice estimate.
EDGE Analysis
Rivers sat out practice Wednesday, but Zak Keefer of The Athletic relays that the veteran signal-caller plans to practice Friday, and if that happens look for him to be a go Sunday against the Titans.

Rivers (toe) won't practice Wednesday, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
EDGE Analysis
That said, coach Frank Reich noted Wednesday that the Colts are "going to play it safe and let [Thursday's] day of rest help" Rivers recover from the toe injury. At this stage, Rivers' status for Sunday's game against the Titans should still be monitored, but the early expectation is that he'll suit up this weekend.

Coach Frank Reich said Monday that Rivers is dealing with a sore toe, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports. "We'll see how [Rivers] responds this week," Reich noted.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran quarterback managed to stay in for most of Sunday's narrow win over the Packers, but he clearly was hobbled by injury late in the game. It doesn't currently look as though Rivers is in any danger of missing time, but the extent of his participation in Wednesday's practice will be worth monitoring. Rivers has a 7:2 TD:INT in four games since Indianapolis' bye.

Rivers completed 24 of 36 passes for 288 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in Week 11 against the Packers.
EDGE Analysis
Rivers went toe-to-toe with Aaron Rodgers, logging his second consecutive 300-yard effort. Unlike the previous game, Rivers also threw for three touchdowns that went for 45, 17, and six yards. He spread the ball out to all of his pass-catching weapons, as no player received more than six targets and seven players commanded at least three targets. Rivers will look to keep his strong form as he and the Colts will draw a rematch against the Titans in Week 12.

Rivers completed 29 of 39 passes for 308 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions in the Colts' 34-17 win over the Titans on Thursday night.
EDGE Analysis
Rivers parlayed the stellar protection he received from his offensive line -- he was sacked once and hit just twice overall -- to put together his third 300-yard effort of the campaign. After the Colts gave up the ball on downs on their first drive, Rivers helped lead them to points on each of the remaining first-half possessions, and despite Indianapolis falling short on another fourth down to cap a 15-play march early in the third quarter, the veteran quarterback was able to subsequently help lead his team down for one more score early in the final period. Rivers benefited from having the trio of T.Y. Hilton, Michael Pittman and Zach Pascal all healthy for the first time since Week 3, and he'll look to carry over Thursday's momentum into a Week 11 interconference showdown against the Packers on Sunday, Nov. 22.

Rivers completed 25 of 43 passes for 227 yards with no touchdowns and one interception in the Colts' 24-10 loss to the Ravens on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Following back-to-back, three-touchdown efforts, Rivers fell back to earth against a tough Ravens defense. The veteran quarterback was held without a touchdown for only the second time this season, and a total of five Indianapolis drives ended in either punts (four) or on downs (one). Rivers was playing without T.Y. Hilton (groin) and also lost Jack Doyle to a concussion in the first quarter, so in fairness, he was playing with a depleted pass-catching corps. Rivers and his teammates will look to regroup quickly ahead of a Thursday night Week 10 divisional battle against the Titans, but the short week may make it difficult for both Hilton and Doyle to suit up.

Rivers completed 23 of 33 pass attempts for 262 yards and three touchdowns during Sunday's 41-21 win over the Lions.
EDGE Analysis
Rivers connected on 70 percent of his passes while spreading the ball around to an impressive 11 different receivers. He tossed a pair of touchdown passes to Nyheim Hines and added another to Jack Doyle, giving him six touchdowns compared to one interception over the last two games. Rivers is in the midst of his best football of the season but will face a difficult matchup next Sunday against the Ravens.

Rivers completed 29 of 44 pass attempts for 371 yards, three touchdowns and one interception during Sunday's 31-27 win over the Bengals.
EDGE Analysis
Rivers struggled to get going in the first quarter and found his side trailing by 21 points early in the second quarter. He responded with his best yardage output of the season and connected with three different receivers for his first multi-touchdown effort in a Colts uniform. The veteran came in with a poor TD:INT of 4:5 and hadn't topped 250 passing yards since Week 1, so this was a positive sign for fantasy managers that stuck with him through the poor start. He'll use the upcoming bye week to build on this breakout effort before taking on a beatable Lions defense in Week 8.

Rivers and the Colts can return to team facilities Friday afternoon with additional test results for COVID-19 coming back negative
EDGE Analysis
The team's facilities were shut down for the morning after four members of the organization showed positive test results, but the additional testing came back negative, clearing the facility to be reopened. The Colts game against the Bengals on Sunday will be played as scheduled, barring further developments.

Rivers and the Colts won't be able to practice in the near future, as the team shut down its facilities due to multiple positive tests for COVID-19 within the organization.
EDGE Analysis
The team will shift to a virtual setup while in the process of confirming the positive results. The Colts are the latest team to have their schedule put in jeopardy due to the pandemic, as the Falcons also had an assistant coach test positive this week. Indianapolis' game against Cincinnati on Sunday is in danger of being delayed or postponed until the situation is settled.
