Floyd suffered a concussion during Sunday's loss to the Broncos, Tom Krasovic of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
This was an unfortunate reminder of why Floyd decided that Sunday's game would be his last. He's still capable of contributing as a blocker and big-play threat, but his history of head and neck issues was already a major concern. It's unclear what San Diego's receiving corps will look like in 2015, as the only sure thing is that Keenan Allen (kidney) will be the No. 1 wideout. Stevie Johnson (groin) and Dontrelle Inman are also under contract, whereas tight ends Antonio Gates and Ladarius Green can both become unrestricted free agents. The Chargers may search for an external solution to replace Floyd in the No. 2 wideout role, as neither Johnson nor Inman was particularly impressive this season.

Floyd was targeted three times, recording a 27-yard reception in Sunday's win over Miami.
EDGE Analysis
Since returning to the lineup four weeks ago, Floyd has totaled just six catches for 110 yards and no touchdowns. The mediocre production can't be attributed to a lack of playing time, he's been on the field for 259 out of 301 offensive plays over the past four weeks. Instead, it seems as though Floyd is phasing out of San Diego's offense. The veteran receiver has caught three or more passes just five times out of 13 games this season after tallying 14 such games in 2014.

Floyd caught three passes on nine targets for 56 yards Sunday against the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
Floyd had a terrible drop on a long pass that could have gone for a touchdown, and while he slightly made up for it later on a 41-yard gain, it was another poor effort from the Chargers passing game. On the plus side, Floyd came into Sunday with three straight games under 20 yards, so while he broke that streak, he's now gone four straight without a touchdown.

Floyd had one reception on four targets for 15 yards in Sunday's loss to the Broncos.
EDGE Analysis
Floyd also lost a fumble in a roundly disappointing game for the Chargers. Since coming back from his neck injury, Floyd has managed only two catches on eight targets. He will look to get back in the swing of things next week against the Chiefs.

Floyd has one reception on four targets for 12 yards in Sunday's win at Jacksonville.
EDGE Analysis
Coming back from a serious shoulder injury, Floyd didn't do much in this game, but his presence probably helped get other guys open at least. It's not clear how much the shoulder actually bothered him in this game, but the Bolts face a tough Denver secondary next week, so you probably shouldn't expect a huge performance from Floyd in Week 13 either way.

Floyd (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game at Jacksonville.
EDGE Analysis
Despite a serious shoulder injury that threatened to end his season, Floyd only ended up missing one game. The Chargers' passing offense should get a big boost with him in this game.

Floyd (shoulder) is listed as probable for Sunday's game in Jacksonville.
EDGE Analysis
There was some thought that Floyd could miss the rest of the season, but he's instead on track to miss just one game, having logged limited practices Wednesday and Thursday, followed by a full practice Friday afternoon. His expected return, in a highly favorable matchup, will likely lead to fewer snaps for Dontrelle Inman and Javontee Herndon.

EDGE Analysis
Floyd's availability for Sunday's game against the Jaguars has yet to be clarified, though hopefully the release of Friday's final Week 12 injury report will add some clarity to his status for the contest.

Floyd (shoulder) was present for Wednesday's practice, Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
It remains to be seen how the Chargers will officially list his participation, but Floyd's presence on the field Wednesday suggests that the wideout is headed in the right direction as Sunday's game against the Jaguars approaches.
