Ramos earned his 17th save of the season despite allowing a run in the bottom of the 11th inning during Sunday's win over San Francisco.
EDGE Analysis
While Ramos has now converted eight consecutive save opportunities, he's also allowed a run in each of his past two outings. His job definitely isn't in jeopardy at this point, but it would still be encouraging to see him string together a few scoreless appearances out of the All-Star break. Ramos sports a 3.51 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 11.3 K/9 for the season.

Ramos allowed a run on two hits and a walk Saturday, but he still recorded the save while striking out the side against the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Ramos was close to blowing his chance, allowing a walk and two singles, including an RBI knock from Joe Panik, before striking out Hunter Pence to end it. The right-hander's 3.34 ERA fails to reflect how exciting his save chances often become, thanks to his effectively wild style (11.7 K/9, 4.7 BB/9). Perhaps Miami will allow another team to test its nerves if they sell Ramos around the trade deadline.

Ramos struck out one in a perfect ninth inning Wednesday to record his 15th save of the season in a 9-6 win over the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
After seeing only six save chances (and converting all six) through the first two months of the season, opportunities have been coming thick and fast for Ramos lately and he's matched that total just in the last two weeks. While he is a potential trade target at the deadline, the 30-year-old's 11.2 K/9 should allow him to retain some fantasy value even if he's dealt into a setup role on a contending club.

Ramos needed just 12 pitches to record a perfect ninth inning with a strikeout against the Cardinals on Tuesday, notching his 14th save.
EDGE Analysis
Ramos has now turned in seven consecutive scoreless outings; in fact, since giving up five runs over two appearances May 19 and 23, he's held the opposition off the board in 14 of 15 outings. That's a good way to ensure your grip on the closer's role is secure.

Ramos gave up a hit in a scoreless ninth inning Tuesday to notch his 13th save of the season in a 6-3 win over the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
After struggling to get save opportunities through the first two months of the season, Ramos now has four in the last week and seven in June. The 30-year-old's 3.49 ERA reflects that somewhat erratic usage, and his 37:15 K:BB in 28.1 innings offers a better view of his performance in 2017.

Ramos pitched 1.1 scoreless innings with a strikeout to record his 12th save of the season during Sunday's win over the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
Ramos has posted a 3.62 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 12.2 K/9 this season and has now converted nine of his past 10 save opportunities. He has a firm grasp on the closer role and projects to remain a mid-tier relief option going forward.

Ramos pitched one scoreless inning on one hit while striking out one to earn his 11th save Friday against the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
Ramos was protecting a two-run lead and had little trouble closing the door on the Cubs. Despite a 3.81 ERA, he's held opponents scoreless in 10 of his last 11 outings, and he's only blown a single save all year, and he remains a useful source of saves.

Ramos gave up one hit in a scoreless inning against the Nationals on Wednesday en route to his 10th save of the season. He struck out two batters.
EDGE Analysis
After Miami took the lead in the bottom of the eighth against Max Scherzer, Ramos nailed down the win on 19 pitches, making him 10-for-11 in save chances this season. He has allowed just two earned runs over his last 10 appearances, posting a 16:5 K:BB during that span. He seems fairly secure in his role, but there's always the threat of Ramos being dealt to a contender with an already established closer.

Ramos struck out two and walked one in a scoreless ninth inning Monday to pick up his second win of the year in an 8-7 victory over the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
It was a strong rebound performance from Ramos after he blew his first save of 2017 on Saturday. The 30-year-old closer now has a 2.35 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and impressive 14:4 K:BB in 7.2 innings over his last seven appearances.

Ramos surrendered two earned runs on four hits and a walk with two strikeouts in 1.1 innings Saturday against the Braves, notching his first blown save of the season.
EDGE Analysis
It is a little surprising that this was Ramos' first blown save of the season, as he has been fairly mediocre by closer standards (4.30 ERA, 1.39 WHIP). While David Phelps and Jarlin Garcia have both been more effective out of the Marlins' bullpen than Ramos this season, he will likely be given a bit more leash before a change is made in the ninth inning.
