Foegele tallied two goals, an assist, a plus-2 rating, five shots and three hits during Monday's 5-0 victory in Game 3 against the Capitals.
EDGE Analysis
Foegele's first goal ended up being the game-winner as the Hurricanes dominated the Capitals for much of the contest. The 23-year-old winger is up to two goals and four points in his first three playoff games, providing excellent fantasy value in the process.

Foegele picked up an assist in Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Capitals in Game 2 of their best-of-seven series.
EDGE Analysis
Foegele generated 15 points in 77 regular-season games this year, primarily used on the fourth line. It's unlikely Foegele will have much chance to produce offense going forward, as the Hurricanes are down 2-0 in the series and will likely lean more heavily on their stars in an attempt to dig out of the deficit.

Foegele tallied a goal and three shots during Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Capitals.
EDGE Analysis
Foegele ended a nine-game scoring drought with his eighth goal and 13th point in 72 games. The 22-year-old has a bright future, but he will need to become a more consistent offensive performer to garner much fantasy consideration outside of dynasty formats.

Foegele skated 12:12 in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Sabres, but was held pointless for the seventh consecutive game.
EDGE Analysis
Now in his first full season with the Canes, the 22-year-old Foegele is slowly adjusting to life in the NHL after scoring 46 points at AHL Charlotte last season. He has just two points in 19 games since the start of February, he has a team-worst minus-18 rating, and he's been a healthy scratch twice in the past seven games. Foegele has decent long-term upside, but his fantasy value is close to nil at the moment.

Foegele is back with the Hurricanes per the NHL's official media site.
EDGE Analysis
The 22-year-old was sent to the AHL via a paper move Monday, meaning he's eligible to suit up in the AHL playoffs, but is still with the big club. Foegele will likely continue to be a mainstay in the lineup, but will look to turn around his dreadful month of February, as he's only recorded two points in 12 games.

Foegele was assigned to AHL Charlotte on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Foegele notched an assist in his last game, but prior to that, he'd gone six straight without a point. Since Jan. 1, the 22-year-old, in 22 contests, has scored only three goals and added two assists. No word yet on when Foegele can expect to be promoted back to the top level. Also sent down Monday in a similar fashion was Saku Maenalanen.

Foegele managed an assist in 10:07 of ice time in Saturday's 3-0 win over the Stars.
EDGE Analysis
Foegele's chances to contribute offensively have dropped off considerably ever since he was shifted to a checking-line role earlier in the season. In the 50 games he's played since the start of November, the 22-year-old Markham, Ontario native has just seven points and is a combined minus-11. Furthermore, he's averaged just 9:05 in ice time over the past five games and hasn't taken a single shot on goal over that stretch. Bottom line, Foegele's fantasy value is hovering dangerously close to zero in even the deepest of formats. Avoid.

Foegele scored a goal in Friday's 3-0 win over the Rangers, giving him just five points in 17 games dating back to the start of January.
EDGE Analysis
Foegele was seeing top-six minutes back in October, but after scoring just 11 points in 55 games this season, he's been gradually shifted back to a checking-line role. Since Jan. 3,he's been averaging just 12:09 playing the wing on the Canes' fourth line, giving him little to no fantasy value in most formats.

Foegele picked up his ninth point of the season Friday against the Senators, scoring his team's only goal in the 4-1 loss.
EDGE Analysis
The 22-year-old rookie has played a limited role for the Canes this season, playing mostly in a checking-line capacity. The talent is there, however, as evidenced by his 28 goals and 46 points with AHL Charlotte last season, and his 111 points in 113 combined games over three seasons in the OHL prior to that. For now, the Canes will continue to bring Foegele along slowly, but you should see him in a scoring-line role by next season. He remains a long-term play for fantasy purposes.

Foegele scored the game-winning goal in Thursday's 5-3 victory over Philadelphia.
EDGE Analysis
Foegele got his stick onto a shot from the point by Justin Falk to tip the puck past Michal Neuvirth. The young winger was able to shake off his six-game pointless streak, but with a mere two points (both goals) in his last 32 contests, fantasy owners may want to take a wait and see approach for the time being.
