Tucker is at five points, 25 shots on net, 33 hits, 20 blocked shots, 39 PIM and a minus-6 rating over 29 appearances in a bottom-four role.

Pairing with Parayko, if it carries into the regular season, would likely bode well for Tucker's offensive upside, as he figures to pick up an extra assist here and there just being on the ice with the veteran. According to general manager Doug Armstrong, Tucker (lower body) would have been sidelined for the remainder of the postseason if the Blues had advanced past the first round, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports Tuesday.
