Johnson assisted on one of the Bolts' two goals in Monday's loss to the Penguins. Johnson has been in a relative funk over the past week, but with three points in four games, it illustrates just how superb the young center has been this season. Count on him to continue to power the Bolts' second line and second power-play until.

Johnson had an assist in Thursday's win over Buffalo to extend his point streak to five games (five assists, seven points). He has 28 points in 27 games and just keeps on ticking. Enjoy the run.

Johnson's point streak now stands at four games and six points, including four assists, after he picked up a helper in Tuesday's loss to the Sabres. The assist was his 19th, which firmly entrenches him in the elite 10 in the NHL. He may never score as many goals as the last little Bolt (Mighty Mite), but he sure looks like he'll be almost as productive. One word: sweet.

Johnson scored a pair of goals and added an assist in Monday's 6-3 win over the Rangers. Johnson's been on fire this year as he now has 26 points (eight goals) through 25 games. His 18 helpers are good for sixth in the league and the 24-year-old is well on his way to surpassing last season's 50 point output.

Johnson picked up two assists in Monday's 5-1 win over the Rangers. He has 21 points, including 15 assists, in 19 games. And those 15 assists plunk him into a tie for fourth in the NHL in that category. Yep -- he's ahead of noted playmakers Ryan Getzlaf, Henrik Sedin and Nicklas Backstrom on that list . One word: wow.

Johnson scored a goal in Saturday's win over the Islanders. He now has six goals and 13 assists in 18 games this season. He is tied with Steven Stamkos for the team lead in points (19). He may not have won the Calder trophy last season, but he's showing that his production last year was no fluke at all. He's yet another small, undrafted forward to flourish in St. Petersburg. Take advantage.

Johnson (upper body) was on the ice for pregame warmups and will play Thursday against the Sharks, Erik Erlendsson of the Tampa Tribune reports. Johnson was considered probable heading into the contest, so his availability doesn't come as much of a surprise. He'll assume his usual role on the Bolts' second line, where he's accrued a team-leading 13 assists this season.

Johnson(upper body) is considered probable for Thursday's game against the Sharks, Bryan Burns of the Lightning's website reports. Johnson was forced from Tuesday's game due to the upper body injury, but he took part in Thursday's morning skate, and should be good to go Thursday night. Johnson did score a point Tuesday, but that has been a rarity, as he has been held without a point just three other times in 16 games this season.

The Bolts are listing Johnson as day-to-day with an upper-body injury. Johnson was cross-checked in the ribs by the Blackhawks' Brent Seabrook in the third period of Tuesday's shootout loss, resulting in the forward's removal from the game. The Bolts' leading scorer with 18 points, Johnson has been a focal point of the the team's offensive success throughout the season. He'll likely miss Thursday's game against the Sharks if he fails to take part in morning skate, potentially forcing Vladislav Namestnikov to fill Johnson's spot as Tampa's second-line center.
