Enstrom (lower body) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun reports.
Enstrom was on the ice earlier Tuesday morning for a skate, so the move to IR doesn't necessarily indicate a lengthy absence is in store. The blueliner has been out for over a week, so he could be activated in advance of Wednesday's game if he demonstrates progress at the Jets' morning skate.

Enstrom (lower body) will be reevaluated Monday, the Winnipeg Free Press reports.
The lower-body injury has kept Enstrom out of each of the last three games, and while the Jets are still labeling the blueliner as day-to-day, it's hard to be optimistic about his chances of playing in the team's next match Wednesday versus the Oilers until he resumes skating. Perhaps Monday's checkup with team doctors will shed more light on when the Jets can expect Enstrom back in their lineup.

Enstrom (lower body) looks doubtful to play Friday against the Bruins, Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun reports.
Enstrom wasn't on the ice for the Jets' morning skate, indicating the lower-body injury is still proving troublesome. He'll be forced to miss his third straight game and it will be difficult to predict when he may return until he resumes skating.

Enstrom (lower body) has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Sabres, Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun reports.
While Enstrom will miss his second straight game, coach Paul Maurice was optimistic that the blueliner would be ready to play Friday versus the Bruins. He'll likely need to get in a good skate Thursday or Friday morning before the Jets would allow him to return to action. Adam Pardy will join the Winnipeg lineup in his stead once again Wednesday.

Enstrom will not play in Tuesday's game against the Blue Jackets due to a lower body injury, Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun reports.
It's not clear what type of setback Enstrom is dealing with, but he is considered day-to-day. Grant Clitsome will take Enstrom's place in the lineup.

Enstrom scored his first goal of the season in Saturday's shootout win over Ottawa. It came on the power play.
It's not like he's not getting points -- he actually has eight assists in the previous 14 games. He did score 10 goals a couple times, though, so we'd like to see a few more markers.

Enstrom assisted on both of the Jets' two goals in Friday's loss to Tampa Bay.
Enstrom now has six points (all assists) in seven games this season, to go with a minus-1 rating. Playing the point on the top power-play unit and averaging 23:49 of ice time per game, Enstrom will continue to produce offense. After a disappointing 30-point season in 2013-14, expect Enstrom to return to the 40-50 point range in 2014-15.

Enstrom collected two assists in Thursday's season-opening victory over the Coyotes.
The two helpers came within a 15-second span of each other, with the same three players -- Blake Wheeler, Enstrom and Zach Bogosian -- all receiving a point in both scenarios. Jacob Trouba projects to be the Jets' most fantasy-relevant blueliner this season, but with two 50-point campaigns on his resume, Enstrom shouldn't be dismissed.

Enstrom left Saturday night's preseason game against Calgary after taking a hit from the Flames' Mikael Backlund, the Winnipeg Sun's Ken Wiebe reports.
After the game, head coach Paul Maurice said the initial news about Enstrom's injury was positive and that the team would know more details Sunday or Monday. The Jets open the regular season Thursday against Phoenix.
