According to Winnipeg bench boss Claude Noel, Tobias Enstrom was feeling better on Wednesday. He has missed the past six games and hasn't played since Feb. 15 because of a shoulder injury. Noel said Enstrom may resume skating soon, but the offensive defender is listed as week-to-week.

Jets coach Claude Noel said that Tobias Enstrom (shoulder) will be out at least "a couple of weeks." The good news, as the Winnipeg Sun's Ken Wiebe notes, is that Noel never mentioned "separated" when discussing the injury. Enstrom has a team-leading 13 points. "He will be out a couple of weeks at least," said Noel. "We'll take it week-to-week."

The Winnipeg Jets are waiting to find out how bad Toby Enstrom's shoulder injury is. Enstrom left Friday's game due to the ailment. "He has a shoulder issue that will put him out for a little while," Jets coach Claude Noel said. Tobias Enstrom, who left his Austrian team two weeks ago for personal reasons, may be close to playing in his native Sweden with the Orebro Vipers. There are conflicting reports as to whether Enstrom has started practising or will practice with the second division Swedish team that currently employs his brother, Thomas. Either way, it looks as if Enstrom will eventually don a Vipers' jersey.

Tobias Enstrom has left his Austrian team in Salzburg due to personal reasons. The Erste Bank Eishockey Liga team reported the news via Facebook on Tuesday. Enstrom had one goal and a minus-3 rating in five games with EC Red Bull Salzburg.
